Good and comfortable hotel very convenient for WRO airport, comfortable room, only if more comfortable pillows for better sleep and a night light in the bathroom, this will help to avoid having to turn the bright light on when using the bathroom during the night. In general is good value for your money.

We checked in early hours of the morning due to a late flight. On entering the room we were absolutely shocked to find out it was occupied. The half clothed occupant was extremely angry (rightly so) and equally confused as us. On complaining at reception the clerk didn’t offer any apology just gave us a different room. During early hours the morning we were awoken by the maid barging into the room without knocking. On checkout I complained and also no apology offered. I was told we’d have to wait until Monday to speak to a manager. I complained via my agent and after a week they informed me they had tried to contact the hotel on multiple occasions and they hadn’t replied. Absolute shocking customer service and an embarrassment of a hotel. I recommend anyone to look elsewhere if you value any kind of basic privacy.

Mooie, schone kamer met prima werkende airco. Geen ontbijt geserveerd omdat de Lidl met lekkere broodjes om de hoek ligt. Waterkoker en kopjes + glazen aanwezig. Zeer rustige ligging. Trein Muchebor maar Wroclaw Główny gratis, net als al het overige O.V. in de stad, mits 65+er. Aanrader!

Bell'hotel, personale gentile, pulizia impeccabile

Today 12th of August Room 343 : The cleaning people did not clean my room, for 2 times this week and no fresh towels, no fresh blankets ... What kind of 4* hotel is this ? I informed reception but the staff does not care for my problem, they look at me with quite arrogant eyes, as if this is only my problem and not her´s. This is not the right behaviour for this situation, and certainly not professionel. Please train your cleaning people because they do this on purpose, they laugh with me in the corridor, and also train your reception staff. They should take my complaints serious, I dont believe that the management is aware of this kind of bad services.

A average hotel with very pricey breakfast. Luckily we had a fridge in our room and could fix a small breakfast ourselves. Good location. Very bad insulated walls, we could hear a normal voiced discussion from next room… very bad

We were pleasantly surprised by how very lovely and spacious our room was. It exceeded our expectations, with 1 1/2 baths, many nice toiletries and it was spotless in cleanliness. The only minor complaint is there must be over dozen light switches and I had to ask a worker which switch shut the light off above a bed and it even took her a minute! Don’t let that keep you from staying here - I wish I had a longer stay.

The hotel is very good for the price I paid in February, but would not take it for the current price in March. I stayed 2x 10 nights so I know the place. Room is small and the Bathroom more then ok, bed bit hard for me but most people will like it. I would prefer boxspring and a topper (3 layers) like most american hotel chains have. The restaurant is disappointing, it has everyday the same meals and it is a warmup kitchen. Breakfast on the other hand is very complet. I always have trouble when I check out, they only print a totals bill for food and beverages, but accounting dep in our company needs the detailed bill. I told them twice when I check in and out, but I need to ask everytime couple of days later to get the details and that gives me trounle for my cost declaration. They seem to be not willing to do it only zfter complaints I get it days later.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Lidl, eine Orlen-Tankstelle sowie Bus- und S-bahnhaltestellen, die in etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Hotel heeft een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en ik zal het zeker terug boeken, maar is eerder 3* dan 4*. Bed is mij iets te hard maar zeker een goed stevig beter bed. Restaurant verrassend lekker.

Zeer goed voor de prijs die je betaald. Restaurant is top. Wel afgelegen voor mij was dit geen probleem want dicht bij kantoor. Geen restaurants in de buurt. Met uber 15 minuten naar centrum en 15 minuten naar airport.
