Enjoyed my stay at the Ereza Mar. Rooms are a fair size, quiet and very clean. Clean towels when required and an iron was acquired from the reception free. Staff are very friendly. Highly likely to return to this hotel.

Helpful staff, lovely food and the drinks were of a good quality on an All Inclusive deal. Fantastic sea views from our room. Only downside was the resort was a bit too touristy for our liking.

WiFi not good!

La piscine à débordements avec vue sur la mer est magnifique. L'offre du restaurant était vraiment sympa même si certaines préparations sont revenues durant ce court séjour. Le lieu est fort bine situé : vue sur la mer, proximité avec le centre et les commodités. La dame de la réception est d'une grande gentillesse et très souriante.

The hotel is in a good location and clean and food was good..... However the staff let this hotel down massively. The entertainment manager has a very bad attitude, shouting at customers for moving their sunbed! Be warned they will move your sunbed even if its a few inches and youll probably be shouted at in the process. Customers were asked not to laugh on their balcony as its too noisy! Its almost like they don't want anyone enjoying themselves! Both pools are freezing. I wouldn't return.

Great room great staff the only complaint is the noise from the music both in the hotel and from the bar across the road

Infinity pool overlooking the ocean is great. Nice relaxing atmosphere Staff friendly and helpful. Food and drinks average for an all inclusive. Entertainment not great.

Great sea view and hotel is bike friendly

The restaurant lets the hotel down. The only time the food was hot was straight off the grill. Even food coming straight from the kitchen was tepid.

The property was very clean the breakfast was lovely and the staff brilliant.

My second year at this hotel. Solo traveller and absolutely had an amazing time again. Will be booking to go back again.

L'hotel si presenta bene. Carina la vista dalla piscina esterna e dalle Jacuzzi al terzo piano. Le stanze nella norma per un 4 stelle. Buona la la pulizia della camera. Veniamo alle note negative: per due giorni siamo stati senza aria condizionata, nessuna comunicazione quando passavamo dalla reception. Abbiamo dovuto chiudere noi e nulla è stato fatto per scusarsi (magari una bottiglia d'acqua in camera come gesto sarebbe bastato). Altra cosa assurda. È finito lo shampoo e se non avessimo chiesto anche qui per due giorni abbiamo dovuto usare il sapone come alternativa. Motivo per cui dobbiamo abbassare di molto la valutazione del servizio

Lovely hotel with amazing staff , all needs were tended too, the hotel is in a great location I would suggest a sea view room, the drinks package could be better, for a 4 star the cocktails were mixers and the overall standard of local drinks was very weak

It was ok as long as you liked repetitive tasteless food, rude staff in the restaurant- beware if you have a vest top on (men) although women can wear anything!! Or actually hardly anything. !!! The sunbed army, saving beds all day until they want to use it from 3pm. Rude lifeguard too who doesn’t do anything to stop them.

Le personnel est agréable et très serviable. Le restaurant est très bien.Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, avec tout le confort. Seul bémol, la porte palière n'est pas bien isolée phoniquement. On recommande vivement cet établissement.

Very nice suite, beautiful sea view

Our stay was very good. The location was excellent. The staff,the service and cleanliness was excellent.The food was varied and catered for all tastes and requirements and was very good. Our only criticism would be when accessing the dining room,the pool bar and entertainment area we were required to be open to the elements (wind/rain} due to no roof or sheltered top in the central area. Great in the warmer months but uncomfortable at other times.This prevented us sitting in the lounge area due to cold wind prevailing. Nevertheless we had a good time.
