Waterfront hotel, central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms a decent size with good facilities.

I spent 4 nights here (1 of 5 hotels I stayed in on a trip to Argentina and Chile, and definitely the worst) Positives: the location was very convenient, with easy street parking, and nice views of the water. The bed was comfortable enough. Negatives: The rooms are tiny - very little space to move around the beds. There was no storage space for clothing really other than hangers out in the open. To go to the bathroom, you had to go up a step, which is not ideal if you wake up during the night. We had two beds (two friends traveling). There was only one pillow each, and it took us two days and several requests later to get two extra pillows. There's no A/C, so if it gets warm, you have to open the window, and there are no screens so you'll get bugs in the room. Breakfast was disappointing, especially compared to the other hotels we stayed in on the trip. The biggest problem is that the breakfast area was minimally staffed, so tables were made unavailable simply because nobody cleaned them, silverware was often not available because no one got around to cleaning them, and several of the available food items would be unfilled when they ran out. You felt bad for the staff (one to two people) asking them for anything because you could tell they were trying. This was a big problem 2 of our 4 mornings, and a slight problem on the 3rd . . . it depended upon morning traffic to a degree. On the plus side, excellent coffee, but the food was generally unimpressive.

Excelente servicio! Personal súper atento y la habitación estaba súper limpia y muy cómoda. Nosotros hicimos una excursión y el personal nos ofreció el desayuno para llevar que estuvo increíble, su alberca nos sorprendió!!! Las instalaciones están muy lindas y después del trekking te hacen pasar un momento genial y relajante. También tienen servicio de bici sin costo y pudimos pasear por el puerto para ver el atardecer. La ubicación está genial! Sin duda recomendamos este hotel para todos los viajeros.

Habitaciones limpias y sobre todo el personal de recepción muy amigables, ofrecen buenas recomendaciones para conocer la zona.

Noi Indigo was the most perfect post-W trek stay. The property is lovely, clean, and cozy. The staff are kind, food good, and spa delightful. Lu gave the best deep tissue massage. It is a must!

O café da manhã foi o MELHOR que tivemos dos 10 dias que ficamos por toda Patagônia! Esse hotel realmente surpreendeu, o preço vs o custo benefício vale muito!!!! Indico 100%, vcs vão se surpreender! A cama extremamente confortável, chuveiro muito bom, amei!!!!

Buffet breakfast was very good. Great location. Staff were excellent. Pool area is nice. Overall, very good but the place needs a bit of TLC to address some tiring fixtures and room furnishings.

Rooms are a good size, no early check in but we could leave bags. Staff were friendly and helped to organise pack up breakfasts which were adequate. Rooms are tired, bathroom ceiling paint coming off. No bath/shower mat. Only two coffee pods per stay. Windows let wind come through. No luxury. Pool area is tired, and gym is laughable. It’s a shame the breakfast doesn’t open till 6.30am others in the area open at 5.30am meaning you can relax and eat before heading out on day trips. Wouldn’t stay again.
