I loved the hotel, perfect location in the city with great breakfast each morning. Staff were very helpful and pool is perfect for a quick dip.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff was extremely kind and Dennis at the front desk helped us so much with finding the right tours and tips on where to go. I wanted to surprise my wife with a bouquet of lilies and a bit of romance and they had the room set up with an absolutely gorgeous bouquet, champagne and fancy chocolates. I definitely recommend spending the little bit extra to get a room with a balcony, it truly completed our experience to perfection. After spending a day walking around or coming back from a tour it's the perfect way to end the night and watch as the city buzzes around you. Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience!

If you want to stay in the old town this location can’t be beat! The hotel is very cute - the front desk staff are very helpful, the rooms are small but cute and comfy, the rooftop is small but also nice (and we got great dinner recommendations from the bar tender!). The complimentary breakfast is delicious and seemed to really be an authentic local menu for the most part. The only thing we didn’t love was our room specifically only had a big window that looked out onto the hallway outside so we didn’t feel comfortable keeping our curtain open for natural light

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a vários restaurantes e áreas turísticas. Quarto grande, cama confortável, amenities e café nespresso disponível (quarto superior com sacada). Café da manhã muito bom, com opção de frutas e partos quentes. Equipe excepcional! Todos muitos simpáticos e prestativos! Melhor atendimento de hotel que tive até hoje! Destaque para a Dina do café da manhã e para o Dennis da recepção.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa La Fe in Cartagena, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the charm and warmth of this boutique hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from the vibrant streets of the old town, you can walk anywhere at anytime of day or night! A special thanks to **Dennis** for his incredible service. He made sure the checking in was smooth and messaged us a week before to discuss our arrival. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided great recommendations for local attractions. I also want to thank Vladimir and the kitchen staff who were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast each morning was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and diverse. If you're planning a trip to Cartagena for 2/3 days, Hotel Casa La Fe is the perfect place to stay. It combines perfect location, outstanding hospitality, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

Sehr schönes Hotel, kleiner Pool auf dem Dach, sehr üppiges Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, toll gelegen. Wirklich einziges Manko: man hörte sehr gut, was der Nachbar machte (unser stellte den Wecker für 4 Uhr und wieder einschlafen war erst möglich, als sie endgültig das Zimmer verliessen)

Tivemos uma ótima experiência já no atendimento na recepção. Nosso quarto era amplo (recebemos um up-grade) no segundo piso com portas e janelas corta ruído o que foi essencial pois os quartos são virados para a parte interna do edifício onde é servido o café da manhã. Camas confortáveis, lençóis de boa qualidade. Banheiro pequeno mas atendendo todas as necessidades. Ar condicionado e ventilador no quarto (importantíssimo). O café da manhã é servido por menu fixo com 8 variedade de pratos, tudo feito na hora. Não tem elevador no prédio (são 4 andares até à piscina ) o que pode ser um problema para quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade.

We liked the facilities a lot. The hotel has been renewed and is very cleaned. Location is excellent and breakfast outstanding. We especially enjoyed the hospitality and friendly staff. We would come back to Casa La Fe.

Fantastic property in the middle of the walled city. Easy to get to central location. The staff was more than helpful not only with internal hotel requests but with all things Cartagena. Well trained and helpful staff. An extremely positive experience.

This hotel was almost a perfect stay. The service was impeccable! Shout out to all the housekeepers and the breakfast servers, specifically Dina. They were all super sweet, but she made it special for us whenever we ate breakfast and she answered all our questions. The only issue of this stay was the pool bar unexpectedly closing early on Sunday. It was about 7 when we went and the signs posted said closing was at 9. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious (their daily juices are to die for omg), and all the staff was fantastic.

The staff is lovely, helpful with making restaurant reservations, accommodating breakfast requests. The property is well maintained and the beds are comfortable. Bathroom shower has great water pressure. Conveniently located close to many fabulous restaurants. It was also quiet, which is sometimes hard to come by in Cartagena

Beautiful boutique hotel in the historic center of Cartagena. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped us making reservations, kept our luggage for an extra day so that we didn’t have to carry it to the islands, they did our laundry for a very fair price. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool was incredible. I will be back
