The hotel was very nice, the free breakfast was amazing, and staff were very kind and helpful! The only complaint would be since it’s very close to the train station it’s very noisy at night.

The room was spacious and spotless,The staff were amazing ,Many thanks to Albi at reception from the moment I arrived he was friendly ,Knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him ,The hotel is central ,5 minutes walk from the station and from the airport transfer train . Breakfast was ample and the staff once again friendly and helpful ,I highly recommend the Boccaccio Hotel although one note,Ask for a room at the rear as the hotel is located on a corner and the street noise is quite severe

La ubicación es buena, es fácil llegar desde la estación del tren. La zona no es la mejor. El personal es amable. El hotel en general está bien, 4/5. Todo funciona, es cómodo y te guardan el equipaje. El desayuno, es bastante básico y está muy rico todo :)

O ótimo atendimento. A simpatia dos funcionários. A excelente localização. E um bom café da manhã.

Hotel is at a very convenient place very close to the train station. Very clean and breakfast was good but limited.

The location is fantastically located yards away from the train station and tram stop although round the corner and away from hustle and bustle. The staff were always excellent and friendly. The room was clean and original and fulfilled all my requirements. There were a few options for direction to all attractions and streets that were off the beaten track and I enjoyed exploring them all with ease and total safety. (The food market is less than 10 minute walk and a must) I wouldn’t hesitate a return visit and my first option would be The Boccaccio.

The location next to the train station was ideal for luggage storage when we continued to Pisa. The hotel is so friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again just because of the reception and staff. Not as upscale as our apartment in Rome but my favourite so far due to outstanding service. No problem storing luggage before and after stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was close to the train and they kept our bags for free while we toured Florence. The only negative is the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors.

Good stay near the train station and all the main sites. Breakfast was good with same options everyday but delicious. Staff is friendly. The hotel needs a bit of TLC but o well a good stay.

Staffs were very friendly and accommodated us well. Located near by SMN station has its advantages when traveling especially walk into the central region was only 10 to 15 minutes by walk.

駅近の立地は利便性が高い一方、ちょうど交差点に位置するためか、交通量が多くて車の騒音が響き、静かな環境を望む方には向かないかもしれません。ただ朝食も充実しており、フロントスタッフも明るく陽気で、各観光スポットへも行きやすいので、その面からはお薦めホテルです。

This is a wonderful place. Right next to train station. Reasonable price for one person includes breakfast. Safely stored luggage. Highly recommend.
