Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das war definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Auch die Lage ist top: Der Strand ist keine 200 Meter entfernt. Leider hört das Positive damit aber auch schon auf. Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel gab es doch einige gravierende Mängel: Zimmervorbereitung: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Essensreste der Vorgänger. Badezimmer: Es fehlte durchgehend Toilettenpapier. Zudem war im Bad ein unangenehmer Kanalisationsgeruch wahrzunehmen, vermutlich bedingt durch die fehlende Lüftung. Die Toilette war zudem nicht richtig am Boden befestigt und wackelte stark. Reinigungsservice: An zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen hatten wir um einen Zimmerservice gebeten, doch die Bettwäsche wurde einfach nicht gewechselt. Erst am dritten Tag haben wir sie schließlich selbst gewechselt. Frühstück: Das Angebot war sehr eingeschränkt und blieb jeden Tag identisch, ohne jegliche Abwechslung. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt aufgrund dieser Mängel enttäuschend. Freundliches Personal und eine gute Lage allein reichen leider nicht aus, um ein 3-Sterne-Niveau zu rechtfertigen

Eravamo il e mia moglie, ci è stata assegnata una camera, la n° 408, che tra l'altro era anche una camera per disabili, con un letto matrimoniale e un terzo letto aggiunto. In camera ci era un frigo spento. Il bagno dire fatiscente è dir poco, le piastrelle del pavimento erano rotte, la rubinetteria da incubo ed il box doccia era con una tenda ammuffita e sporca. La tazza del Water, con lo sciacquone del Wc con la cassetta esterna, che poi è risultata non funzionante. Arrivati nel pomeriggio eravamo stanchi e poi dovevamo sbrigare delle faccende ed andavamo di fretta per cui non abbiamo rilevato al personale queste inefficienze. La sera siamo rientrai a notte inoltrata. La mattina alla partenza, abbiamo chiesto al personale di poter parlare con un responsabile, che non c'era, abbiamo elencato quanto sopra è ci è stato detto che conoscevano questa stanza la 408. Che commentare, " se la conoscevate, perché l'assegnate? ". Ci è stato chiesto se avevamo fatto delle foto e che un rimborso, loro non erano autorizzati. Non era nostra intenzione chiedere il rimborso della camera. Possiamo aggiungere che è stata la nostra peggiore esperienza di aver alloggiato in una camera di albergo. Mi aspetto le scuse della direzione. e che questa camera e/o altre come questa non vengano più assegnate.

Basis værelser er uden aircondition og da vi opgraderede til aircondition var det dyrt og meget dårlig aircondition. Værelset var på ingen måder nedkølet. Venligt personale, og gode parkeringsmuligheder.

Le aree comuni ( il giardino interno con i tavolini e la piscina) sono esteticamente gradevoli. Il personale alla reception gentile. La camera pulita. La colazione discreta (ssenza di prodotti locali). Peccato che la camera ed il balcone fossero grandi la metà di quelli in foto. Il bagno non disponeva del bidè (non precisato al momento dell'acquisto).

The room is outdated and not well ventilated. The bedding's are old. And there’s even mosquitoes inside the room. But the staff are nice, helpful and accommodating.

Included breakfast option was excellent. Oceanview from patio was beautiful.

We booked for two nights but because we didn't show up until the 2nd night (it was already paid for) our room was given away??? We got a different one but i still don't understand that. There were no holidays the day we were there but there were fireworks all night and children screaming until about 1am so don't expect to get any sleep. This was really rough with a very early flight. Also heard dishes clattering for HOURS, dinner was only from 7:30pm-9pm so that was kind of wild hearing it all night. Fine if its the only option and you are a heavy sleeper but don't really reccomend it.

I book a quen size bed and I got 3 small bed,I'm 6 ft 250 lb and when I complain the receptionist just give me the sholder up and told me all sold out. I sleep with my feet on the floor. NO AC only a celing fan and turn the light on the shut down the fan All floor smelling smoke even a sign was up on the wall,POOR staff management Shower towel you can take the paint of the wall,like sand paper.and paid $140.00 Never again stay away.

Senza parcheggio

Quando siamo arrivati (alle 15,30) la camera non era ancora disponibile mentre Expedia aveva indicato l’orario di check in alle 15,00. Inoltre , mentre su Expedia la colazione era compresa nel prezzo, chiedendo un cappuccino ho scoperto che lo dovevo pagare! Non mi sembra serio e non depone a favore dell’hotel.

Yövyimme 6 yötä. Hotelli oli viihtyisä, meillä oli hieno näköala parvekkeelta suoraan merelle, aamiainen oli runsas ja jokaiselle löytyi syömistä. Hotelli on aivan rannan tuntumassa, ja hotellin ympäristössä on monia hyviä ravintoloita.

Mysigt hotell med lummig innergård nära stranden och nära restauranger och affärer. Rummen vi hade var enkla men helt okej för några nätter. Frukosten som ingick var helt okej, ett plus var att de hade ”barista” kaffe.
