This hotel was amazing in every way possible ❤️

Wir haben 10 Tage Aufenthalt im Hotel im Januar genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume. Es gibt ebenfalls genügend Parkplätze und eine funktionierende Ladestation für Elektroautos (3 phasig AC, mind. 11kW). Einziger Verbesserungspunkt in unserem Zimmer ist die Dusche, welche viel zu klein geraten ist. Man kann sich darin kaum drehen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a very relaxing 1 night stay at this pretty spa-style hotel in the Tuscan hills. Disappointingly, the restaurant was closed forcing us to travel to a nearby town, but we had a great experience and excellent meal. Overall it was very pleasant, but quite expensive.

What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting with me about the history of this place, which was just incredible to hear. The place has 800+ years, but it is very well maintained. This is a beautiful hotel! I could not enjoy the beautiful swiming pool because it is November and it is chilly, and so the pool was closed. But it is a beautiful swiming pool. This place is only 10 minutes from Lucca and around 20 minutes from Pisa.

Una maravillosa sorpresa este hotel en Luca, quisimos quedarnos un poco afuera de Pisa, para estar más tranquilos, y la verdad fue una magnífica idea, este hotel es de los que mas nos han gustado en la Toscana, muchas felicidades

Hotel Villa Cheli was a delightful and charming find in Lucca. The unique character of the hotel made our stay memorable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Unkomplizierter und freundlicher check-in. Alles so vorgefunden wie im Internet versprochen. Sehr schöne Location

There are much better hotels in this price class. Restaurant was not particularly good. Send back a couple of meals. The restaurant food didn’t seem very fresh which is highly unusual I this part of the world. The rooms were ok but dated, like I say better places to stay on this price class

Très beau site, belle piscine, bon déjeuner, mais les matelas devraient être changés (trou).

Et nydelig hotell i vakre omgivelser, hvor vi hadde en minneverdig og litt annerledes opplevelse. Vi var de eneste gjestene, og hotellet lå mørklagt ikke et lys var tent og ikke en ansatt å se, noe som skapte en spennende stemning. Etter en tur til butikken for å kjøpe vin, ost og skinke, oppdaget vi at det ikke var vinglass på rommet. Dette førte til en liten oppdagelsesferd rundt hotellet med lommelykten på telefonen – en morsom opplevelse, men kanskje ikke for alle. Sengen var perfekt – verken for hard eller for myk – og sengetøyet deilig og varmt. Temperaturen på rommet var behagelig, noe som bidro til en god natts søvn. Vi var her for å vurdere hotellet som mulig sted for å feire en 50-årsdag med 30 venner. Dessverre var det lite fleksibilitet når det gjaldt hvor vi kunne spise middagen. Vi ønsket å sitte ute i teltet for å unngå akustikken i murbygget, men dette lot seg ikke gjøre. Det var synd, for hotellet er virkelig en vakker plass.

They do have events that affects quietness

Hotel correcto sin más. La piscina es su mayor atractivo pero carece de servicio de bar. Los desayunos son correctos pero la experiencia se arruina con el uso y recogida por parte del huesped de las bandejas (al mas puro estilo de restaurantes fastfood). El servicio es amable pero el explicar la normativa del hotel junto a los diferentes carteles informativos que te recuerdan, por ejemplo, que si haces el check out fuera de tiempo debes pagar un dia extra (los hay en el ascensor y habitaciones) te hacen sentir bastante incomodo. Si buscas ubicacion y piscina es una buena opcion. Si buscas servicio deberias reservar otro hotel.

This was a beautiful property situated between Pisa and Lucca. It’s an older hotel but all of the amenities including air conditioning were good. Amazing pool area and loungers and you can run down to the lobby to get drinks and other snacks. We had a family room which had an upstairs with a king bed and downstairs there were two twin beds for the kids. Lots of good food options near by. Only negative was that the breakfast provided by the hotel wasn’t great in terms of quality or quantity of options available. They seemed to run out of things regularly and not be replaced.
