Overall stunning all the way Staff was very attentive Great time !

The photos of the spa on the website do not show the actual beauty of the space. Pool, property, service, food, all were perfect. Our stay was a dream. My only regret is not staying longer...

We can't wait to return to this hotel, but with more time to spend there. If you want to go somewhere in Tuscany where you feel as a welcomed member of the family this is the place to be. The attention to detail is impeccable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home which we really appreciated. The property itself is top notch, which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy because this was our first trip to Tuscany and we would leave in the morning and come back at night. They have their own veggie gardens where they grow the produce they use for their restaurant. This hotel's restaurant has fine china for the breakfast buffet, enough said for the overall quality. This is a pricey hotel but well worth the price. I hope one day soon we will be back.

Some of the friendliest staff at any hotel I've ever encountered. A really special place situated perfectly in the heart of Tuscany. Rent a car and use this as your home base to explore all the gorgeous medieval towns within an hour proximity. Take advantage of the heated infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan countryside. And if you find yourself indulging in their perfect woodfired pizza on a nightly basis, remind yourself it's vacation and you deserve it. You're in heaven afterall.

5/5 star property. You never have to even leave! Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. We also did the cooking class on property which was awesome and the hotel also set up a wine tour for us and it was great to be shown small family wineries. Such a jem of a hotel, I hope we can come back soon!

Castello di Casole is an incredible hotel. The service is unmatched. Our villa was beautiful and the view from the terrace was gorgeous. The setting was breathtaking - from the top of the hill you can see the Tuscany landscape for miles. The property also has multiple restaurants (also amazing) and breakfast is included and extensive. I do recommend renting a car if you are going to explore, as other transportation options are limited and expensive. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back.

The property itself was amazing , all the staff were extremely helpful before check-in. Romina , Alessandro and the group accommodated us to fit in every experience the hotel offers and the catered to our needs. The only thing that I regretted about the experience was leaving hahaha would definitely recommend

Exceptional stay at the Belmond! This is a true gem in Tuscany, the food is out of this world, the service is exceptional and the property is stunning ! Would highly recommend the truffle hunting. The staff made it a truly unforgettable experience, especially Joseph, romina and allegra. Highly recommend !!

Best hotel of the trip

The concierge service at the hotel was great, they were able to arrange flowers and champagne on arrival for us. They were very prompt with all communication. The hotel and grounds are in pristine condition. The restaurant was great, the bar was amazing, the pool was fun. We only had one day here, but wish we would have booked it longer. Already hoping to come back some day.
