The hotel is perfectly situated and the reception staff are kind and helpful.

Spacious room, extremely well appointed, comfortable and clean.

The attention to the details. I had a problem with my flight and the lady didn't put any problem to allow me to extend my stay that was amazing from her. I Could take her name but I didn't have the opportunity. Thank you for doing that I will definitely come back. thank you all

Instructions for check in were texted prior to arrival and was very clear. Reception friendly and room was spotless. Kitchen closed early most nights despite advertising being open to 11pm. It was ok since it’s a very central spot and other places nearby were still open.

Fremragende beliggenhed lige på Markedspladsen, uden at det var unødigt støjende. Lækkert med mulighed for at lave mad.

Zeer goede accomodatie in het centrum van Valencia op loopafstand van gezellige pleinen. Vanaf het vliegveld ben je met lijn 3 of 5 zo bij het hotel. De kamer is ruim en schoon. Heeft een eigen keukenblok en een heerlijke sofa. Badkamer prima in orde.

Great hotel with, a nice location- close to the metro stations and close to major attractions. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, and Sagrada Familia. My room was excellent too, with two large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also loved the buffet breakfast.

The room was clean. The noise from the hallway, and other units was very loud. You could hear footsteps and talking. I would recommend earplugs

It was in close proximity to a lot of things, however, the room was painted chocolate brown and had very few lights so you couldn’t even see in the kitchen cabinets. Also the carpets in the lobby and hallway was very dirty and the sofa inside the room. The front desk staff did okay with the check in, but after that there was no acknowledgment when coming and going.

Flott og «nytt» hotell i gamlebyen og god tilgjengelighet til alt i denne bydelen. Vi hadde store, gode rom, med store senger og gode fasiliteter. Noe lytt fra gangen og rør i veggen, men ikke lyd fra utsiden. Fine bad. Vennlige personale med gode engelskkunnskaper. Området og hotellet opplevdes som trygt.
