We had a lovely time at villa roza,our host tatjana was lovely and very helpful with the check in process,and throughout our stay there the villa was lovely, good location ,would highly recommend thank you so much.

The apartment was clean and tidy, well-stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay. The air con worked perfectly, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was perfect. The apartment is small but comfortable - and most of all clean. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the mountains and had 2 chairs, a sun lounger and a small table. There was even a clothes rack to hang out towels to air dry. There is a private pool shared between the apartments on site with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. The pool is clean and tidy - but cold! Its a well-situated apartment - a 2 min walk to the bus stop (which is in the shade!). From there its a 10-15min bus ride into the Old town. It is easy to buy a bus pass for multiple trips, or its €2.50 one way. The buses run every 20 minutes or so, and the last bus is around midnight. There is a supermarket one bus stop away which has all you need to stock up on for your stay. Tatjana, the host, was incredibly friendly on check-in and responsive on text too. In the apartment is a very helpful booklet with some local restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions and even a QR code to scan which gives you the local bus timetables. Overall I had a fabulous stay here. My stay was comfortable, the city itself is gorgeous and it was so easy to navigate. Tatjana the host made me feel most welcome - I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. The pool area is really nice and quiet. The room was excellent, with well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed and perfect airconditioning. Lots of info on the room regarding the local arttractions and such. The place is a walking-distance from a few grocey stores and restaurants. Easy to make breakfast and snacks, and then go for a dinner in the restaurants. The area is safe and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Short taxi or a bus ride to Dubrovnik. Best thing in our stay was Tatjana, the owner of the villa. She was extremely nice and made sure our stay was as easy and nice as possible. I would definitely recommend this place. Suosittelen 👍

Merci beaucoup à Tetjana!!!! Elle a su nous attendre et nous guider pour notre arrivée tres tardive (après 23h00)!!! Toujours d'une grande aide pour nous conseiller !!! Le bus est à moins de 100m de la résidence pour aller dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik Surtout ne pas utiliser sa voiture !!! Si nous devons revenir un jour ce sera chez Tetjana !!!

Fantastisk og hyggelig vert. Lit utenfor sentrum men buss hver tiende minutt og lett å komme til gamle byen. Rolig og fin plass. Stor og komfortabel og bassenget var veldig bra. Det mest hyggelige verten jeg har noen gang møt.

Gemütliches Apartment, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Altstadt von Dubrovnik ist sehr gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Comfortable apartment for a short stay. Pool was very refreshing and the aircon was a relief on the hot days. Kitchen was well equipped with basics and clean. The bathroom was okay. Location was great. In a quiet area, walking distance to grocery stores and great restaurants and bus stop very close.

Friendly and extremely helpful owner, nice place to stay and everything was comfortable and easy to get to everything.

The hostess is fantastic! Friendly and gives great advice for getting around dubrovnic! DEFINITELY recommend staying here!!

We absolutely loved our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment at Villa Roza. Where to start ... Everything in the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable -- comfy beds & pillows, comfy couch, best high-pressure shower we've had in a while. The location is super convenient for getting the bus to the old town .. the stop is just a few minutes walk away, and they come by every 15 minutes or less. The pool is wonderful !! Our kids spent more time in the pool than I'd like to admit. The host (Tatiana) was wonderful. She took so much time to share all of the tips and tricks about Dubrovnik ( e.g. where to get less expensive meals, where to park for free in the city centre, etc ). She was very helpful and funny ! We felt at home at this apartment, and would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody !

Sejour excellent, la maison n'est pas tout a fait dans le centre de Dubrovnik, mais plus au calme. Acces possible a la vieille ville par bus pour éviter les galères de parking. Accueil au top par Tatjana, qui vous donne les bons plans pour visiter les meilleurs endroits dans les meilleurs conditions.

Loved staying here, the property had everything we needed and getting to Dubrovnik was easy on the bus

Nous sommes restés trois nuits à Dubrovnik dans l’appartement de Tatjana qui est très bien localisé, à 15 min de bus de la Vieille Ville. Nous avons eu un des 4 appartements de la Villa et celui-ci avait un balcon très agréable ! La piscine est sympathique pour s’y détendre en fin de journée Tatjana nous a donné beaucoup de précieux conseils à notre arrivée !

Lovely place to stay. Warm welcome from Tatiana, clean and cosy and modern apartment, cute little pool for a swim, lovely terrace covered in vines and a friendly household with nice pets. Very easy bus ride to town and a lovely restaurant within walking distance nearby.

L'établissement est calme, situé près d'un arrêt de bus qui permet d'accéder à la vieille ville en 15 mn. Les 2 chambres sont bien, l'appartement convient pour 4 personnes. Pour 5 avec une seule salle de bain et le canapé d'appoint, c'est un peu juste mais pour 2 nuits, on peut s'en accommoder. La piscine est propre et agréable pour se détendre.

Accueil charmant et efficace, appartement propre, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire, piscine bien entretenue.

The apartments are clean and modern and items such as hairdryer, washing machine,towels etc are all provided. You may find the swimming pool a little smaller than expected. Upon arrival Tatjana who is the host greeted me and explained where the local restaurants/bistros were which were in walking distance. Bus time table is provided in the welcome pack along with other helpful information. The old city is only a 15 - 20 minute bus ride away and the port only 10 - 15 minutes away. Tatjana is extremely helpful and is happy to arrange any excursions. Would definately stay at Villa Roza next time i'm in Dubrovnik
