Great locations,but the property seem to be old. I would not stay in this property any more because they don't allowing visitors. They charge $30 per visitors

Stay away from this dump. Bad management. And thet have the nerve to charge for DIRTY TOWELS!!!STAY AWAY

It was close to the beach.

We stay here every time in Cartagena. The staff here are amazing people. Great prices and close to the beach.

The staff was amazing most especially Rafael our bartender at the pool bar, he made our stay in Cartagena in general more enjoyable. The room was also very spacious, will definitely be staying again.

El único inconveniente fue el internet.

The room was spacious but lacked amenities, no microwave , no iron in the room, blowdryer, hand soap, cover sheets on the bed were thin with no blankets . The pool area was quite disappointing as well. On the upside the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel clean.

I liked everything

Staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Charged us for a small hand towel that was “not clean”. Bathroom/shower was right beside bed and no door for shower.

No recomiendo este lugar ,muy mal servicio quieren cobrar por todo ,cuando fueron a recojer la toalla estaba un poco humeda y nos cobraron porque estaba asi ,compramos una limonada y estaba mala,pague dos veces los impuestos del lugar

Hicimos un Paquete todo incluido y cuando llegamos todo era muy limitado la atencion es terrible, el hotel no es nada comparado con las fotos la comida es como para un bebe, no te dan la bienvenida cuando llegas ni nada las tuallas todas manchadas y dicen que eres tu que la manchas y te la cobran, dicen Que es un resort y lo Que es un hotelucho, su servicio es pesimo no ofrecen nada asi Que no digan que es un todo incluido

The one negative aspect of my stay was the room. The picture on app does not really match reality. The room is spacious, but windows are so dirty and stained that there is practically no view. Door handle very obsolete. The sink in the bathroom gives off a bad smell. This room definitely needs an upgrade.

The room was very spacious and had a great view. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

It was quite an experience, wonderful staff and it was convenient to go anywhere, like the beach or mall

Todo limpio, la vista es espectacular y el restaurante es muy rico. Pero aunque sea buffete, no te puedes servir dos veces proteína. Es el único inconveniente que encontré. De ahí en fuera, todo muy bien !

Property was clean and centrally located so that was good. My problem is I paid for all inclusive but upon checking in at the property I was given guidelines stating I can only drink from 11am to 6pm anything outside of that I would be charged. Then the food in their dining room is not buffet as they advertised there is someone holding your plate and giving you portions not much option either. You have to declare that you want lunch or they won’t prepare anything for you. Dinner is suppose to be from 6:30pm to 9pm but we went for dinner one night at exactly 8:30pm and everything was cleared and packed away no food in sight. The worst part was asking for a bottle of coke at the bar and was told I have to pay for it because that was not included in the all inclusive package I purchased. I was shocked! Not even as much as a bottle of water in your room in fact the mini fridge as unplugged. The staff was friendly and tried their best but all in all would not recommend anyone paying for all inclusive just a property to sleep but there are lots of great restaurants in and around the area.

I stay here often when I’m in Cartagena. The people are always nice and welcoming. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. Just a short cab ride to anything else around. Great hotel for the price and the staff is amazing.

A fuir cet hôtel, une attitude malhonnête pour dépouiller les clients, vol de l’espèce dans la chambre pendant notre absence, nous avons fait une réclamation laquelle a resté sans suite. Une bouteille de vin posée dans la chambre sans mention et a été facturée. La chambre a un aspect vieillot et nécessite de rénovation, la propreté est insuffisante, le service de chambre médiocre, le petit déjeuner non diversifié. Le personnel non aimable, mal polie, non serviable.
