Quiet, clean and friendly.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Fatima,Portugal. It was close to the Fatima Church and train station, I would highly recommend you stay here. The rooms were clean and the hotel service was great. A must stay in Fatima!

Clean. Breakfast buffet is not excellent

Es un gran hotel con grandes personas trabajando en él y muy acogedor, volvería siempre ahí y lo recomiendo ampliamente. Limpieza, ubicación, trato del personal, todo muy bien.

I did not happy because they charged double time for the same day!!!! First , Hotels charged €166 por 2 rooms and after that Aura charged 2 rooms separately €88 for the same day and a extra day that we requested. Please help me to return the € 166

Nous sommes très satisfait des prestations de cet hôtel. Nous avons été accueillis par de très charmantes hôtesses et dans un esprit convivial, faisant tout leur possible pour nous satisfaire et nous donner les meilleurs conseils. Le buffet est copieux et bien servi. Le spa est parfait. De ce fait, nous avons prolongé notre séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le conseillons.

Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários super atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã perfeito, com muita variedade tudo impecável. A estrutura do hotel é bela, ficamos encantodos. Jantei no restaurante do hotel e amei, tudo delicioso. Minha mãe estava tesfriada a funcionária me ajudou com uma bandeja repleta de chá e comida e já era tarde, simplesmente muito atenciosos todos is funcionários. Quarto maravilhoso, amplo e equipado para uma boa estadia. Parabéns a toda equipe. Voltaremos com certeza.

Very clean, well kept premises with comfortable beds and pillows. Complimentary water and cookies were nice touch. Brunch buffet was lovely. Will stay here again in future.

Beautiful hotel, super clean, friendly staff

The personal are just Wow. Always smilling and they want you to be amazed. Only at the bar, the service is so so... Parking is free, and the room clean. The hotel is really religion oriented, where you have many status, etc. But we are in Fatima, it's just normal and fit with the city.
