We reserved a lake view studio for 3 nights but the room we were assigned overlooks a gravel roof, with only a very limited view of the lake. Had we known that this would be our view, we would have booked a mountain-view room and saved the additional cost. Upon checking in, we politely asked whether it would be possible to move to another room with a better lake view, the front desk manager appeared unwilling to look into any alternatives and immediately stated that no rooms were available. When we asked whether a room change might be possible the following day, we received the same response. After returning to our room, I checked several hotel booking websites and found that multiple rooms were still available for booking during our stay. As paying guests who were simply requesting the room category we had booked, we felt neither listened to nor treated with the level of courtesy and professionalism we would expect from a hotel of this standard. What made us particularly uncomfortable was not just the outcome, but the manner in which we were treated. Even if no alternative room had ultimately been available, a more respectful, empathetic, and customer-focused approach would have made a significant difference to our experience. As long as this type of attitude and service is considered acceptable, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again or recommending it to others.

The restursnt closed earlier. Didn't realize we had to pay to use amenities that was extra. Room was nice and felt like a resort.

What an incredible spot! So beautiful, so scenic and lovely. Relaxing, if you want to relax or lots of things to do! Staff is very kind and helpful. It is our honeymoon, and they left us a beautiful card, and upgraded our room. The view from the room is insane. You must come to this area. It's gorgeous.

Great stay for a relaxing vacation!

This was my first visit to QC and I chose this hotel primarily because we were 4 of us and the suite was perfect for the 4 of us. The hotel is around 20 mins from the Old QC and that is not a terrible thing. we drove down and they had ample parking space. The private lake helps a lot too. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was also very nice. Limited food selection, but excellent. The weekend buffet breakfast was great too. I can see the Entourage packed during winter as it is very close to a huge ski hill. I would recommend this place for those who drive into QC. Just give them a heads up if you plan on arriving there around Midnight.

Hôtel ressort très bien situés avec une vue magnifiques sur le lac. Hotel tres propres et tres luxueux. Plusieurs activités directement sur place , prêt de canots pour une petite balades sur le lac ou encore prêt de vélos pour aller se dégourdir autour. Piscine,spa,terrain de volley-ball, plage salle de jeux pour enfant etc tout plein d'activités qui serons plaire au petit comme au grand. Que dire du restaurant directement sur place.Le buffet déjeuner et le personnel juste WOW ! Je conseille cette Hôtel que se soit en couple, en familles ou entre amis les chambres et le lieux seront vous satisfaire.
