We spent 2 nights and loved that the quiet street was just a 5 min walk to the bustling Old Town. Very walkable to sights, restaurants, cafe's, shops. We even walked 25 min to the beach one day and rented chaises and had lunch. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was lovely.

A fantastic boutique hotel located in a quiet street 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with great amenities this hotel has been painstakingly restored to an exceptional modern standard whilst keeping its authentic charm. The private spa is superb and a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Lastly, the staff are truly amazing. Always happy, smiling and going the extra mile to make your stay stress free and unforgettable.

The staff were charming from beginning to end - reception staff particularly. Nice room, good size. Floor outside shower lifted slightly so uneven and leaked slightly! Lovely breakfast in courtyard area with good choice. Small rooftop seating with plunge - ( booking system in place). Would re-visit.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant and catered for our requirements. Highly recommendable.

Rummet var magiskt, service med. Skulle inte säga att det är ett 5 stjärnor. Saknade det sociala utrymmen med resturang och bar. Det var inte så levande, frukosten ok. Spa som dom erbjuder var en stor besvikelse. Behövde omvårdnad och kärlek. Testade aldrig tak”poolen”. Personalen får 5 🌟 och rummet🌟.

Property was beautiful but room location was noisy and we had a few other issues with the room too.

My friend and I stayed for 3 days, we loved the hotel. Very nice restoration of an older building with a sweet and small plunge pool. There was a sauna and spa downstairs. Nice toiletries too. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the (english) lady was especially helpful with recommendations and arranging taxis etc. Would definitely stay again!

Intimate boutique hotel

Excelent in every aspect

We really enjoyed our stay as a couple traveling with no kids. We were blown away by the service. Rooms are nice but on the smaller side (normal for Europe). The location was great and easily walkable to the center of Palma.

This hotel is amazing. They know how to take care of people!! And the lobby smells amazing every time😂

Check-in process was incredibly smooth with very kind staff that made you feel instantly at home. Very central location. Hotel staff provided recommendations and booked our taxi to the airport as well. This is now our go-to spot in Palma.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt. Das Gebäude wurde innen liebevoll und sehr originell renoviert, es hat gleichwohl seinen Charme behalten. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Junior-Suite) sind modern, mit einem guten, bequemen Bett und hochwertigen Apparaturen eingerichtet. Sie sind für ein Altstadthotel grosszügig ausgelegt. Wir sind vom Personal sehr freundlich und herzlich mit einem Glas Cava empfangen worden. Man hat uns die Geschichte des Hauses erzählt und anschliessend das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen gezeigt/erklärt. Während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthaltes sind wir vom hilfsbereiten Personal mit Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge versorgt worden. Es ist uns auf Anfrage auch ein Mietwagen vermittelt worden. Das Hotel bietet ein valet parking an, was in der Altstadt sehr praktisch ist. Beide Serviceleistungen zu sehr fairen Preisen. Für uns war das Frühstücksbüffet mit seinem vielfältigen Angebot und den frischen Produkten, inkl. Eierspeisen, ideal. Dank der zentralen Lage sind die Busstation für den Transfer vom/zum Flughafen (6 Min.), viele gute Restaurants und Bars sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out erfolgten problemlos und schnell. Wir bedanken uns beim Summum-Team für die gewährte, beispielhafte und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Fazit: Dieses Hotel können wir ohne Vorbehalte empfehlen.

The property was an amazing converted mansion that retained its 1874 charm with modern amenities. No complaints.

We stayed here last year and liked it so much we booked again. Everything was fine this time, but we noticed that that the staff whilst friendly and professional were not as good as last year, nor was the breakfast or the room.
