Bed sheets and towels are dirty

The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, offering a high level of comfort. However, the only drawback was the poor quality of the breakfast—instant coffee, reheated canned sausages, and a very limited selection. Fortunately, the hotel is conveniently located near beautiful beaches and charming taverns serving delicious food, so I’d highly recommend dining outside the hotel.

Lovely hotel nice food! Staff could smile more sometimes looks like there having a bad day barstaff! Pool is a good size but very warm! Room was great. The public shower downstairs was minty had flys on the wall watching me shower ha! But overall good hotel.

Breakfast food variety was minimal. We were initially placed in a room opposite the first floor lift which was extremely noisy. The noise levels at the hotel generally at night were very loud. We also had an unexpected bang on our door at 5am which was most unappreciated. On the flip side, the hotel did accommodate a room change which we were very happy with.

Struttura enorme e nuovissima con camere non gigantesche ma confortevoli e pulitissime. Vicinissimo alle spiagge di Macronissos e Nissi (il top ad Aya Napa) e dotato di uno splendido solarium con una grande piscina. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile ed i prezzi assolutamente onesti... siamo stati davvero bene!! Il centro di Aya Napa si raggiunge in 5 minuti di auto.

During the first 12 hours of my stay I was already thinking how I would give this hotel a 5 star review. However by the time the next 12 hours came around I was fuming and decided I would give it a 1 star review. I booked a superior family room with double bed + 2 single beds and/or bed settee. However I was allocated a double bed only. Initially this was fine because when I opened the balcony door and saw the massive balcony area overlooking the pool/sea/landscape WITH jacuzzi/hot tub I was over the moon. Thinking that I must have been upgraded made me really happy. However I couldn't figure how to switch it on so called reception who informed me that as I hadn't 'BOOKED' that room there would be a charge of 40 EUROS - this was at around 5pm. I told them that no I hadn't booked that room, but they had allocated it to me, presumably because they didn't have any superior family rooms available. Obviously I was really disappointed. Oh and to add insult to injury they charged me 30 EUROS tourist tax instead of 3 EUROS and I only realised once I got home.

Februar måned er alt lukket omkring hotellet/byen. Indendørs svømmehal er ikke opvarmet og er lukket, sauna er ikke tændt. Morgen mad er dårlig, udvalg er meget lidt. Der er ikke noget at lave på hotellet for børne familier.

The hotel doesn't hold a standard of a 4-star hotel. The food was not tasty, with bad choice both for breakfast and dinner. The service was average. We chose this hotel mainly because of the fantastic reviews, and when we got there we simply couldn't understand who wrote all those reviews... The pillows were very hard, the cleaning of the room was average. The thing that annoyed me most was a constant sound in the room (came probably from the ventilation), like some kind of a motor working all the time. I couldn't sleep because of that sound. We were also bothered by the sound of entertainment in the evening. The entertainment was also poor. A few things for kids started at 21 which was too late. Our kids were already sleeping at that time. So all in all, I would't recommend this hotel.

Really disappointed won’t stay again There was a problem with our air con which was not sorted despite us asking several times The staff were not helpful to us There were not enough sun beds and this is the only hotel that I have ever been to that charges for towels and got certain types on sun bed Very disappointing

Great hotel located outside the party areas of Nappa. Short walk to some great beaches. Only down side was the lack of available sun loungers around the pool as half the area is dedicated to premium sun loungers which come with an extra charge. The free loungers had been " towel claimed " well before the pool opened despite this practice being clearly forbidden in the hotel room info booklet. Great choice at breakfast and friendly helpful staff
