Great hotel in a great location.

Proximity to various transportation options, staff (EVERY department) was excellent, with special mention of the check in/front desk team, even weeks before check in.

The location is absolutely perfect -walk a short block to the canals lined with gondolas and restaurants and incredible views. It’s right in the heart of the transport center too. The staff is very helpful and the stay couldn’t have been better.

Extremely overpriced. Service is just basic, the bed is tiny. Good amenities and free water

Overall outstanding AC property, conveniently close to the Santa Lucia train station. Well designed, good size rooms, great shower, wonderful staff (especially Cosimo) and excellent $20 Euro buffet. For those not wanted to take a water taxi, if you have heavy luggage, it’s definitely a work out getting up the steps to cross the bridge. I would not recommend this for those not physically fit. About 10mins walk or so with heavy luggage. Otherwise, the street of Venice are right there to explore. Dinner at Osteria del Lovo is fantastic, about a 30min walk.

Very convenient access to airport and peninsula. Clean, convenient, comfortable and easy access by car to the hotel and elevator to room.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé à l’entrée de Venise, ce qui permet de déposer tout de suite sa valise avant de visiter. L’accueil est très professionnel. L’hôtel est très beau et calme. J’ai très bien dormi. La douche est spacieuse. La chambre décorée avec élégance. Je vous donne 10/10

ホテル自体はとても綺麗で便利な立地です。 基本的にスタッフはとても素晴らしいですが、唯一アジア人に差別的なスタッフがいたことで、高評価は付けません。 四つ星ホテルで嫌な思いはしたくないですからね…。 次は絶対にこのホテルには行きません。

Property is very clean but rooms are too small. There is no space to open bags even. There was no AC so nights were very hot even after shutting down heat. Staff asked us to open windows. The windows does open on the street so anybody can come in. When I say open, it’s really open without any further barrier so it was not safe at night to keep it open. The breakfast buffet was good is the only positive point. Also, it is close to train station. In general, I would not recommend this hotel for this price. Not for families.
