Dirty room dirty bathroom and overall rundown. Not enough parking

Very convenient but for the price to sleep for a couple of hours is steep

Another successful stay at an excellent hotel.

It was clean and well maintained for an older property. A comfortable stay in transition to our next destination. Plus the breakfast was a bonus that had something for everyone 😊.

This hotel in Kamloops BC was a fabulous find. It was fairly easy to get to, although the gps kept sending us to the driveway to the hotel before it. There seems to be another hotel on the same property. Our room was clean , very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a powerful shower. We could walk across the highway to a small mall for breakfast . We had to drive to downtown Kamloops and to the wineries in the region, which I would recommend visiting. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and would recommend it to fellow travellers.

Staff were unpleasant

Comfortable accommodation, good location and easy parking.

I've stayed here many times and this was an awful experience. The heater in the room made a horrible noise all night. The carpet was snagged and the door to the bathroom didn't work properly. We booked for three people but there wasn't enough towels. We ran out of Kleenex. The breakfast was inedible. I couldn't bite or cut the turkey bacon. The potato patties weren't cooked and weren't warm. The omelets were cold. The toaster didn't toast. Would honestly not come back.

Well maintained and clean. Our boys loved the pool.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient. Gym was nice and well equipped

Check-in was simple, all amenities were properly explained, room was clean as was the common area, all staff were friendly and the breakfast was top notch compared to other places we stayed at during this trip.

Staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was good. Most importantly it was clean!

Nice hotel in a good location close to restaurants and the highway. The only negative was a there was a bus parked outside our room which was noisy first thing in the morning. But would stay here again.

It's a very nice hotel, clean, well maintained, with helpful and friendly staff.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism was the room was warmer than I wanted and we couldn’t get the a/c to go lower than 22 Celsius.
