Staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping was awesome. Resort was beautiful but don’t bother getting massages from there I wasn’t impressed.

Loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a little farther from the main hub the resort has very affordable car/moto rentals and transportation available. The villa itself was clean and very spacious.

ホテルは清潔で快適でした、庭にプールもあり プライベートを守ることができます。プライベートヴィラのためスタッフもとても親切です。 ただ、ホテルに晩御飯を食べる場所がなく、またホテルの周辺にコンビニもレストランもありません。徒歩15分くらいのところに小さなお店が一軒。徒歩20〜25分くらいのところに青空食堂のようなお店がありましたが、そこに辿り着くまでに山道を降りていくのが不便。日が暮れてからは真っ暗なので到底無理です。観光地の繁華街に行くにはタクシーで1時間。渋滞時は2時間ほど見てると良いと思います。何かオプショナルツアーに申し込むにもホテルが主要地から離れているため、別途10000円近く請求されます。どこに行くにも毎回タクシー代もかかるので、色んなアトラクションを予定されている方は繁華街に泊まることをお勧めします。

The room was clean and very confortable but the customer service was terrible. The staff did not speak well or at all English, we called many, many times for room service and they never answered the phone. The breakfast was poor, in the eating area there were a lot of flys. The bar was not open, no food available after hours. The hotel does not have access to the beach as seen in the pictures posted in their site. Rides schedule was on time to airport.

This used to be a great stay but it’s fallen badly. On arrival they put me in a two-bedroom villa with one bedroom simply locked. That’s not the same as the one-bedroom villa I booked and paid for, which has an extra toilet and a far better, more relaxing layout. It felt cheap and gave off awful vibes. Worse, they only made the proper one-bedroom villa available two nights later—but offered no apology at all for the mess or for the fact I paid for those two nights even though I had to stay elsewhere while waiting. Breakfast has gone downhill too: poor selection, lower quality, and clear cost-cutting. No effort or pride like before. Checkout was another fiasco: they tried to charge me again for room service I'd already paid in cash. Again, no apology, no simple “oh sorry, our mistake,” just blank stares. Honestly, it feels like management stopped caring entirely. The only saving grace is the cleaning staff—genuinely friendly, helpful, and the only ones here doing their jobs with any heart. Overall, this place has turned into a total letdown. Cutting corners, ignoring paying guests, and failing on basics like honesty and communication. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for the relaxing, high-quality experience it used to offer.

Excellent pool. Layout of villa was good. Had a nice shower. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Very responsive, kind and friendly staff. Liked the shuttle to the mall and beach. Enjoyed our stay!

It’s a way out from everything but we rented a car so it was fine for us. Too many cats on the property for my liking.

Great property, ideal if you plan on staying there. It was a bit far for activities, but the staff were kind and accomodating, and food was good and the prices for the restaurant etc were also fair.

5 star excellent

The property is a bit far from the local sights. However a plus point is, it is very peaceful and good place to relax. The entire staff was very helpful and able to meet our needs.

Great property, a little out of the way from most things in Phuket but they have great car rentals at really cheap prices

The rooms at the Boutique Resort were very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was not ideal as it is located in the middle of a very rural neighborhood without easy access to food or shops. The resort also has a bunch of cats that don’t seem to be feed.

Todo es muy bueno .el personal es muy amable. Los precios son muy accesibles. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena . Solo que a mi esposa no le gustan los gatos y creemos que hay demasiados

唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了

Veeeeery nice property for the money. Secluded but a quick taxi ride to everything. Staff very accommodating. Owner dropped by during my visit. Very gracious and friendly man. I love the swim out pool. My villas was comfortable. I travelled solo and felt very safe.
