The hotel location is good, we are able to go to 東門 at by foot, and we are able to reach 金光華廣場 for shopping

Good location, nice staff, the room is nice, but one thing need to improve the security level , I saw some wanderers sleeping on sofa at the hotel’s lobby , no security guards went to stop them , that is ridiculous, I hope they will improve these .

The staff very friendly and helpful , the hotel location is near the subway station which is very convenien, the room is good

位置非常近地鐵站，但酒店設備一般。 住的是豪華特大床房。 沒有浴袍，沒有護髮液。 指明要非吸煙房，但安排了住吸煙層。 床有點硬。 雖然是冬天，但房間太焗和乾燥。 基於以上因素，加上酒店並非特別便宜。 總括而言，酒店一般，可能特色房型會更好吧？！

近地鐵出口，容易找到。位置較寧。 房間清潔，職員有禮。 唯床鋪有損壞，輕輕轉身會發出聲音。影響睡眠

Hotel has no resident restaurant but only serves breakfast for hotel guests. Not much restaurants near hotel that serves breakfast but plenty of choices for lunch and dinner. Hotel does not provide shavers so guy should do bring along your own. My room also does not have a safe. Overall condition of hotel is clean and hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

地鐵口非常方便，也有公車到羅湖口岸，服務態度很好

湖貝地鐵站A出口, 一出站便是, 非常易找, 房間時尚簡約, 整潔乾淨。

酒店地點很方便，在湖貝地鐵站a出口旁邊，只有這樣是優點。 當一到大堂check in 的時候，大堂職員花了很多時間都找不到我在hotels.com 訂的訂單，之後還說香港回鄉證不能當作證件做check in，根本從沒有一家酒店是這樣的！職員Eric 的態度十分差勁，不單不承認自己的錯誤，還好像我們客人錯怪他一樣！換了另外一個女生去辦check in, 都是一面黑黑的，好像我得罪了她一樣。 上到房間是非吸煙的房，但都是嗅到煙味，浴室地板都是頭髮。最差勁的是空調，是沒有辦法可以調節溫度，在夏天熱熱的天氣都只能夠由酒店控制在26度的空調。我的建議是：如果想節省電力，不如直接告訴住客，"我家酒店是不開空調的"!!! 所以沒有必要，不會再入住桔子酒店！

The room is so so...but the location is ok...the subway station is just downstair the hotel.

It was a pleasant experience of staying here. The room was spacious, modern, clean and well-equipped.

房間整潔，蝙蝠俠房間主題很可愛，那個音響設備不錯。酒店非常近地鐵站，很方便。做會員後可14：00 check out，這點很好。

酒店附近交通方便，買東西也很方便，WiFi速度還不錯

the staffs are too young, not able to recommend any nearby restaurant when asked, even taxi to airport, we need to get on our own from the street outside. they dun even have a map of nearby attractions/eatery place. the room s comfortable, modern and nice. everything was great till I see a bb cockroach in the bathroom. hair dryer extremely powerful but the Bath towels doesn't absorp water well.

酒店大堂與酒店門口不漂亮，不過房間內整體乾淨舒適。比較大的缺點是整體空間較狹小。 總體來說，還算有其價值。
