Front desk person very rude.

Very good service. Room very clean. Common areas are clean as well. Workers helpful and professional.

Several fast-food companies. Taco-bell, Popeyes, Wendy's, McDonalds, Jack-in-the-box just to name a few. We were right off of I-10; this was a plus. Disliked the fact that the juice machine was broken and there was no alternative to a cold drink except for milk which I cannot drink.

Would come back to stay for future visits

We loved it. It was clean and everyone was nice. The rooms is top tier. Love the showers and also love the essentials on the tub just in case someone forgets soap for an example at home.

The staff were great as was the included breakfast. The hotel could use a little love but was comfortable for a short stay.

Nice clean room, but the mattress was terrible. It had 2 x 2 ft hole where the inner springs were broken, which made sleeping impossible.

Encountered two problems during my stay... They put me in room 318, I got in there and it was filthy... Both beds are made, dirty towels all over the floor etc. Had to go back down and get moved to a different room that was cleaned already. When it was time to leave I got a cart for all our stuff and as I was ready to push the car down the hall to the elevator, the housekeeper put two big carts of her own and a vacuum cleaner blocking my path. They shouldn't do stuff like that during checkout time and inconvenience their paying guests that way.

Our overnight stay served its purpose. Though our 1st room, double queen bed, had not been cleaned, the front desk immediately accommodated us into 2 single king bed rooms. Tub/shower had rust lines, but good water flow. Didn't use the pool or eat breakfast. Great customer service.

Had no issues. Family came to visit and stayed here.

Quick inconvenient very clean nice hotel

All was great. Enjoyed our stay.

Night staff was awesome. Morning staff was insanely annoying and unhelpful. This goes for the front desk and the person managing the breakfast. The shower had a piece of foil in it that looked like it came from a bottle someone else had used in the shower. What better proof do you need that they didn’t really clean the room? You can hear the neighbors in their rooms very clearly and access to the hotel is extremely limited. If you leave the hotel via car, you’ll have to drive about a mile and a half to get back to the property even if you only went next door for fast food.
