Very clean room, friendly staff.

La habitación comoda, limpia, el personal en general (recepción, limpieza etc) tod@s muy amables, precio accesible para lo que brindan, cerca del area al que fuimos a hacer tramites, excelente ubicación. Es un hotel el cual volveria a reservar sin duda. Muchas gracias a todos. <3 :)

Room was in okay condition. Our comforter had a couple of stains. Front desk guys are super friendly and easy to work with.

Great room and close to everything

Todo muy bien, lo único malo es que no nos limpiaron el cuarto durante nuestra estancia, creo los limpian cada 7 días de que uno está ahí, pero a nosotros no nos tocó así, pero si muy recomendado para las personas que viajan para hacer sus citas en el consulado, todo queda muy cerca caminando.

El personal siempre sumamente amable. El mobiliario viejo pero funcional.

Necesitan poner más ganchos para ropa. Mejorar lo que venden de comida y limpieza del cuarto no cada semana sino antes

Everything was great

The Front Desk gentleman was very attentive, his customer Service was Superb!. The room was spotless. I loved my stay at the Extended Suites.

Very cold rooms, in a two week stay, housekeeping was provided only once. The only great thing is the location and the comfortable bed. But the room wasnt clean, floors very dusty, restroom needs remodeling, water damage on walls. kitchen has zero dishes which was very inconvenient.

Hotel was clean staff was friendly there’s a mall across the street plenty of restaurants near by

The hotel has assigned long-term stay rooms right by the kitchen, making them prone to noise and heavy odors from cooking by other guests. This arrangement reduces comfort for anyone staying longer than a few weeks.Moreover, the coffee machine never seems to function, and there were no alternatives provided. Not offering coffee at all in a business hotel gives a poor impression and creates unnecessary inconvenience for guests.

Rooms intended for extended stays (2 months +) were located immediately next to the kitchen area, which unfortunately allows both cooking smells and kitchen noise to reach the rooms without any barrier. It’s pretty disturbing. On top of that, the coffee machine is constantly out of order and no replacement option (such as instant coffee) is offered. This is disappointing, especially for business travelers who expect reliable morning coffee.

Rooms designated for long-term stays (two months or more) were located directly next to the kitchen. This proximity led to unfiltered smells entering the rooms and also resulted in considerable noise from cooking activities performed by other guests. The coffee machine is broken (all the time). No alternative coffee options, such as instant coffee, were provided. This is unacceptable for a business hotel where guests rely on having coffee in the morning.

Staff was awesome!! Great location if your going to the juarez consulate! They have other things over the front desk that you can ask for if needed! Just good stay fornthe price paid.
