신혼여행으로 3박 다녀왔습니다! 최근리뷰가 없어서 남깁니다 체크인이 3시인데 저희가 5시쯤 도착했는데도 아직 청소를 하고계셨어요. 좀 당황스러웠습니다. 숙소상태는 오랫동안 안쓰다가 오랜만에 청소한 느낌이었어요. 청소를 하고 나가셨는데 파리 2마리가 날아다녀서 바로 창문열고 내보냈어요. 쇼파가 있는데 오래썼는지 색깔도 그렇고 지저분해보여서 앉기는 싫더라구요. 제가 청결에 예민해서 침대에도 스프레이 싹 뿌리고 잤어요ㅜ 화장실에 샴푸,린스,바디워시도 하나도 안채워져 있었어요, 저는 어차피 따로 챙겨가서 제꺼 썼습니다. 뷰는 진짜 좋았지만 숙소 컨디션이 뷰를 이기지는 못했습니다 장점 단점 정리해드릴게요. -장점 : 뷰 실망 안합니다 화장실 수압쎄고 온수 아주 잘나옵니다. 인근 관광지와 위치 좋습니다. 가격 저렴 -단점: 숙소컨디션이 좋지는 않아요 오래된 건물이라 단차 생겨서 문이 완전 뻑뻑해요 화장실 어메니티 x (칫솔은 있었음) 좁은문 가파른 계단, 엘베 없음. 캐리어 들고올라가기 빡셈 뷰만보고 예약했는데 아쉬운점이 많았던 숙소였습니다.

Spacious apartment with beautiful views overlooking the river. 7min walk and you are on the to her side of Porto, close to all amenities.

Great location for the Port houses. Very steep stairs. Window in kitchen didn’t open. Floors, not very clean.

My stay was great. The last night was a bit bothersome as the 3rd floor new comers made noise at 2am and woke me up. The stairs are a bit inconvenient as they are high & narrow stairs and also a bunch of bags at the bottom which made it hard to get luggage up and down the stairs.

The apartment offers a beautiful view of the river and has plenty of space. However, the staircase is very unsafe, especially when carrying luggage.

The location was great, it’s right at the center of Riberia for a fraction of the price. A plus for having available parking to drop off the car and walk everywhere! It’s perfect for the location. The room needs a little update, perhaps the carpet needs to go, otherwise it was great !

Great location. Short walk to Luis I bridge and boardwalk restaurants. Our 2nd floor apartment had great views of the river. Noise level from the street below was significant pretty much the entire night. The road is the only access point for the Luis I bridge, so there are many buses and cars going by at all hours. If you're a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. Apartment was spacious enough for the two of us. Stairs are steep and treads are narrow. I would not recommend for guests with heavy luggage. We also had a problem with the parking pass. The instructions stated the pass would be in the lock box. It was not. We immediately contacted Jorge by phone and text and got no response. This was on Friday night at around 7 PM. We followed the instructions and parked rhe car in the nearby lot (we had reserved parking with Jorge prior to our arrival) and explained to the attendant the next morning (Saturday) when we departed that we had reserved parking but did not have a pass. Fortunately, they let us go without having to pay. On Saturday morning we got what looked like an automated message from Jorge wishing us a pleasant stay and saying that he would not be 'bothering us with more messages.' He clearly had not seen our urgent message the night before. After we had left, he finally messaged us, saying that the previous guest must have taken the pass and not returned it. Not sure I buy that, though. The cleaning crew should have checked for the pass.

Everything was great except too wordy instructions to enter into the apartment. If you have a car to park and unload luggage it is very hard because you just have to park on the road without any shoulders, hardly impossible to think to park there for a minute. If you use public transportation, this is a great place to stay. Good location, great view, very clean. Bathroom shower door need to be fixed. Every time you shower, water is all over the floor.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral mit Ausblick auf den Douro. Sehr steile Treppe zum Apartment.

Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux! Un logement super bien placé, du côté de toutes les quinta pour ceux qui aiment deguster les porto. A moins de 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Porto. Et une vue extrorinaire sur la ville, depuis la fenêtre!! Incroyable!! Sans oublier que tout est présent dans l'appartement ! Il sent bon, c'est confortable, la literie est excellente (et je suis exigente sur ce point), c'est propre, joli! Bref! Parfait! Le seul micro bémol est que c'est un peu bruyant, en raison de travaux dans l'immeuble à côté et le tramway sur le pont de fer Luis I. Mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles, je n'ai rien entendu!!^^

ドウロ川と歴史地区を一望できる最高のロケーション。 朝昼晩と刻々と変わる景色のグラデーションを楽しめます。 施設入り口から部屋までの狭くて急勾配の階段は、スーツケースを持ち上がるのに大きなパワーが必要で、女性には多少難しい可能性を含みます。 ただそれ以上に素晴らしい景色が待っています。

I enjoyed my time here. Although there are pros and cons… Pros first: great location, fantastic post card view from the kitchen and bath area, spacious space, good communication with the host. Cons: no elevators with steep stairs. Carpet is truly nasty looking. I hope they would invest in better flooring. It would make a big difference in this space.

Great view and in the heart of porto. Within walking distance to the old town and major sites. Great for a family of 4.

We enjoyed the view and location was great! Jorge was quick to respond with any questions. Older building stairs leading to apart are very narrow, high and dirty. Hard to take luggage up. Once in apartment was ok.

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, con una vista espectacular al rio, es mucho mejor hospedarse aca en Vila Nova de Gaia que en Porto… tienes lo mejor de la zona
