The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. The cooking demo and the tea tasting were nice experiences as was the live cultural classical music in the restaurant. The highlight was the infinity pool with spectacular views.

A very good place to stay with family, the pool is the most attractive spot. Staffs were very friendly, no bad things to say

We had a great experience staying at the hotel which was a perfect base for a few days exploring the area. Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers.

Stunning views, amazing room and fantastic staff and facilities. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Be proactive in asking to ensure you get the most from the resort; the staff will be only too happy to help.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. The hotel is ahout 10 mins from town, but it is up a very steep hill. The roads are not for the faint hearted and once you are at the hotel you might not want to leave because of the roads. But the hotel is lovely and serves great food and offers tea tasting and cooking demos.
