The entire place was horrible. It smelled of mildew. It had fixtures that were broken and ripped. It did not meet standards at all. Absolutely the worst place in the world to ever stay. I would never recommend this place. None of my worst nightmare it was completely beyond anything I’ve ever seen before cobwebs broken dirty. Anson no screen on the window a makeshift sink that was not even attached to the wall. Absolutely unbelievably horrible. made my stomach sick. I wanted to throw up. They wouldn’t even give me a partial refund and I didn’t even stay more than a few hours because I had no choice the worst hotel ever. They’re a mile and a half from any type of transportation. It was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life way too remote, and they did nothing to compensate me.

DHCのメイク落とし、化粧水、保湿ジェルが揃っていたのが良かったです。 客室内のデジタル時計が狂っていた点だけが気になりました。 朝食のバイキングで海鮮丼（まぐろ、サーモン、カンパチ、ねぎとろ、いくら）作りました。美味しかったです。 概ね満足です。

家族で今回利用しました。部屋のお風呂についてですが、家族といえどベッド側のガラス面には内側にブラインドでもあると良いかと、、、気にせず利用もしやすいかと思います。

広く、部屋に露天風呂ついている部屋でした。 シャワーもあります。 朝食がとておいしいです。バイキングでした。 コンビニは近くないので、ホテルでちょっと売ってます。

We had the room with the private onsen. It was amazing. The quality of the service was great in every area that comes to mind. Both dining and breakfast buffet were incredibly good. Lots of options for every taste. Would definitely repeat and recommend to friends.

This hotel is so full of mold that I got sick and had to leave after one night. I recommend that the facility is shut down pending major renovation. The staff were kind and treated me well, I think that it is a management level issue. The carpet in my entrance was soaking wet at all times and both bathrooms in my room smelled heavily of mold. I gave it a chance, but after sleeping I went down to breakfast and realized how severe my mold allergic reaction symptoms were so I went back to my room where I found that the clothes I had left outside of my suitcase overnight had gotten wet from just being in the room and upon entering the room my allergies increased so I packed and left. After getting fresh air my symptoms improved rapidly which underlines that the problem was at the hotel. I am surprised that rooms this expensive are so terrible.

The pictures online don’t do the surrounding area justice. It’s tucked in a beautiful woodsy area. The staff was okay. Their attitude was a bit underwhelming. We knew we couldn’t go to them if we needed something or had questions. There was definitely a huge language barrier which made it hard to understand the amenities. We were very confused about how the women and men’s baths worked. We understood that from a certain time in the morning women were allowed and then men after?? So we thought it was a unisex bath?? I don’t really know it wasn’t explained well and we didn’t know if tattoos were excepted. We ended up just using our private one in our room which was nice. The room and hotel itself seems a bit old and run down. Also, we had a huge room and the bathroom was SUPER small. The smallest we’ve seen since our stay here in Japan. It was nice for a night but I wouldn’t spend the money on more than one night here. I think it’s something to experience just for the private bath in the room for a night maybe two.

We weren’t allowed to use the public onsen because our tatttoos, which is common, but still annoying. The private onsen was nice, but the room’s drain was gooey and there was a band-aid left by the tub. Not the end of the world, and still worth it for the price and the nice spring waters.

Place was dirty and baldy taken care of. You could tell did not spend too much on maintenance. Tatami sintetic mats where worn off. Public bath was in bad shape and dirty. They have a foot bath which is closed due to lack of maintenance and you could tell it has been for a while. Gardens where not maintained properly with weeds all over the place. It's really a shame because the place has potential. I recommend paying a little extra in one of the neighborhood hotels so can have a pleasant visit to such a beautiful town.

Creo que por el precio ya necesita una remodelación en baños, tanto en el wc como en regadera por lo general todo está bien salvo esos dos detalles

A bit difficult to reach on foot, mostly suited for driving residents. Nice onsen and food.
