What i liked about the property was the ambience and feel of the property. Staff was good but only time i disliked property was when the property denied entry to two of my friends who came to meet me from anjuna stating no guest policy was there,hence they couldn't come in which resulted in utmost embarrassing situation for me as my guests had to leave after this

Big comfortable suit. Nice pool. Staff very polite and helpful, specially food & beverage manager Pavan Yadav and house keeping young man Leo, both beyond reproach. All excellent.

Liked the staff members .. very helping .. special mention I want to give to Kunal he was our server during breakfast time through your stay. He was very attentive and had a smile in his face. Also I want to mention Bandana at the reception .. she was very helpful and made our stay very smooth …

I booked through Hotels.com and signed up to pay at the venue.Two months before the arrival date, the hotel sent me insistent, unprofessional messages asking for full payment upfront. I had no issues paying, but the handling of the matter by Le Meridien was appalling. There is only one proper restaurant on site (and two bars) (although they advertise 3 restaurants) More than 25% of the dishes on the menu are 'out of stock'. For our entire stay (9 days) the restaurant could not come up with prawns. Perhaps they want you to avail of the buffet, but then why offer a la carte? There is zero co-ordination between the front office, the restaurant, the pool bar, etc. We had to sign in when using the pool. Other times, not. Sometimes we had to pay at the pool bar, other times, we had to charge to the room. The Front Office staff are ignorant about hospitality- I was pointedly told at they did not have a concierge facility, so could not help with any suggestions for where to go. The Supervisor there was helpful but the rest of the staff refuse to make eye contact. They just type on their computers. I received more information from the taxi drivers who stand outside the hotel. I have stayed at other Le Meridien hotels and this was abysmally disappointing in comparison. Some five stars must be granted: The Games Room (clean, well appointed, and appeals to all ages) The Gym (good equipment, modern) Location (12 min to beach)

We had an unforgettable stay at Le Meridien Calangute. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink and even offered an early check-in, along with the option to store our bags when we had to step out. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Johngphe, Chuba, and the rest of the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic spread, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service. We’re already looking forward to returning and staying longer next time!

Checked in there was blood on the duvet and bed sheets, complained took a day to rectify and then they had the audacity to asm on at check out how was the stay besides the blood on the sheets. Restaurant food was ok service absolutely sucks, staff constantly buzzing around asking if everything is ok clearly for wanting a tip. Housekeeping literally stands outside your door waiting when u are about to check out again for tips. 4 days the place did my head in next time will shell out that little extra and go TAJ where services are as they should be. Blood on sheets is disgusting, clearly they dont actually always change sheets between customers.

Check in staff at lobby were extremely rude and condescending, they attempted to downgrade our rooms which were originally booked on the prior to visit their attitude was unprofessional and upsetting. Pool side staff were also rude and disrespectful. Otherwise the room service staff who were responsible for cleaning rooms and laundry were excellent, they are the reason that I am not giving a 1 star review.

Front desk was ok while check-in. Restaurant for dining and breakfast was amazing. Abhishek & Aman were 2 outstanding incharge at the restaurants on first floor that went out of their way providing excellent service. House-keeping was amazing. Great team. Keep it up

Great hotel. Walking distance to local shops. Taxi services provided right outside. Very clean and great amenities. I would stay here again in I visit Goa.

It was a great experience, Staff was very helpful and friendly. Specially Pooja from the guest relation team made our stay more memorable.

Drinking water bottle were glass and one of the bottle was broken which cut my son hand. He was lucky that while opening the bottle it cut his hand and he did not drink from that bottle which might have small broken pieces of that glass. No compensation was given for this mishap too.
