Fantastic location. We could walk to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and Parliament. The staff was really nice. We dropped our bags off in the morning and when we checked in later that afternoonthey had already brought our bags to the room. Why I didn’t eat the full breakfast, I enjoyed a cappuccino and pastries every morning. The room was larger than I expected. Not big by any stretch, but more spacious than expected. I would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Room was clean and convenient. Location was perfect for my quick 2 day trip where I wanted to explore various parts of London. Very easy to get to by train also. Staff was nice!

This hotel couldnt have been better. It is 5 minute walk from Charing Cross. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean. The room was small but that didnt bother us. I highly recommend this hotel

My room was very dirty and poorly maintained, there was thick layers of dust on a number of surfaces,,stained walls, mildew and mouldy shower, the tap was completely loose. I had no sleep as mentioned in other reviews the air con (even when not on) makes whirring and clunky noise ALL night long and there’s nothing you can do to stop it, it kept me awake. In addition the cleaner began hoovering at 6.30am in the hallway, avoid here, there are better options of same or lower cost nearby

we were very centally located for our plans, very convenient, staff answered all questions all the time. Loved the water availability. great breakfast was impressed with the tuesday wine and cheese, just what was needed after a busy day. Will consider membership to Z.

I had amazing 2 night stay here as a young solo/female traveller! I felt super safe and the hotel is in a great central location in the city — easy access to transit and in walking distance of so many sightseeing spots/museums. Check in and check out both took less than a minute, and they even let me stow my backpack there for the day since checkout was at 11am and my flight didn't leave until the evening; made it so much easier to explore London and visit museums that charge for bag checks! Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, I'd definitely stay here again.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Vielleicht hatte ich auch ein Einzelzimmer, da ansonsten die Intimsphäre ( Toilette direkt am Bett nur durch Glas getrennt) wirklich zu kurz kommt. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, aber für einen Städtetrip ok. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist sehr nett.

Great location, walking distance to everything! I loved the location. The rooms were exactly as described. One thing to note was that I felt that the walls were thin and I could hear everything outside the door. Other than that, I loved it and would stay again.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating - they couldn’t have been better. The hotel and room were clean and functional. The location was very central.

Clean room, excellent location, very nice and helpful staff at the reception. I did not test the breakfast, however, tea and coffee available in the room. It would have been nice having a small fridge in the room, as well as a safe, maybe not standard for this price range in London though.

The rooms have faulty AC. Very noisy, even if turned off. Staff suggested to leave the fan all night. Also very noisy. The bed is just a wooden table with a bed sheet identifying as a matress. The breakfast is an insult. Out of date pastries, the staff is just joking around and seating at the tables to eat and drink, like if they are guests. This is not a hotel. Please check negative reviews. AVOID at all cost.

Very small rooms. You can see the toilet when you’re in bed so not much privacy staff very nice and friendly always. Rooms clean and tidy.

The staff were very friendly and well knowledgeable The bar is stocked well and prices are very good Had an odd wire showing over the TV board which was a bit concerning. The room was very clean and well stocked and the shower absolutely amazing water very hot Room was small and I mean small too small for us but we coped But over all good 👍👍
