Great stay for the Boston Marathon. Closely located to everything. Nice building, felt safe and comfortable.

Bien Placé. Manque ventilateur salle de bain, et des linges à vaisselle. Un peu ordinaire que appartement à louer mais on doit faire la vaisselle avant de quitter ET avoir vidé le lave vaisselle. A 800$ par nuit je pense que de laisser le lave vaisselle lavé à la fin aurait été ok. Il ne faut pas exagérer.

Seeing some bad reviews, I was optimistic in booking this place for myself, my wife and our 2 young kids. We booked a one bedroom with a pull out sofa in the living room. The bedroom door was missing and this issue was never resolved. The pull out sofa was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The neighbour beside us was also having issues with communication, as their fridge did not work for their multiple day stay. The property is new, clean and well located, but the customer service and communication was terrible.

メトロチャイナタウン駅に近く、便利な場所のアパートメントでした。安全性もあり、部屋や設備は新しく清潔で、滞在生活は、快適でした。しかしながら、二つのベッドをリクエストしたのですが、一つのベッドには、薄い上掛けしか無かったので、少々寒かったです。

Muy bonita, céntrica y equipada, lo único que siento que falta fue poner más jabón ya que solo había una barrita para las manos o para la ducha.

Parking is just a hassle

Door man was rude. Check in was 45 min late because someone called out, but it messed up my plans for the evening. Dryer vent was so clogged that it did not dry clothes.

Good but not great - as the price is up there.

Enjoy the stay

The sofa bed was terrible! And only gave out one winter blanket in the room, when I asked for extras, they gave another small to double it, not comfortable and not warm. Booked a six days stays, only 2 pod of coffee, asked for more, told me to get at the store!

On the outskirts of Chinatown. Not alot of dining options close by other than Asian cuisine. A bit on the sketchy side, but felt safe walking during the day. Pics of the common areas are nicer than the actual. Room was good though, clean and had what we needed. Comfy bed. Shower could use an update - flow is very low.

Liked. The view was enjoyable and I liked the china town area. Disliked. One of the desk agents has a serious hygiene issue.

We rented the one-bedroom suite, which was a great setup for our group of 4 ladies. Close to the T stop, grocery store, and central to everything. Management isn’t on site, but they do have 24 hour security, although neighborhood was very safe. Washer is in the bathroom, which was handy. They do have luggage storage and elevators. We would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was spotless, had everything you could need, spacious../but the TV didn’t work.

There was not any parking onsite-I had to ask a random person where to park because no one answered the phone when I called multiple times. there wasn’t anyone at the front door. I wasn’t able to get in the building. I had to wait outside in the cold until someone who was leaving the building let me in. The suite was really nice and comfortable. Make sure you bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, and dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags. The location is perfect. Very easy to get around. The T is close. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t get in the door- no one was at the front desk. I had to ask a woman how to get in. There wasn’t anyone to call. The number on the web site could not connect me to a live person Stove top is damaged Missing door on closet Had to buy paper towels, garbage bags etc.
