Lovely, cozy hotel with gracious, caring staff and phenomenal location. And the best french toast ever!

The staff was so accommodating even though we were a late arrival. Ensured we knew the kitchen would be closing shortly and let us get our dinner order in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Felt wonderful climbing into that after a long day. Warm towels and a robe made showering feel fantastic! The complimentary breakfast was very well stocked and they cooked fresh to ensure there was warm food for everyone. If I were to travel in the area again I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for the exceptional service.

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff

Mon avis est mitigé car l'hôtel est en fait une vieille auberge qui a vraiment beaucoup de charme. Par contre, et ce n'est pas leur faute, il y a peu de choses à faire autour et c'est loin de tout, car c'est au milieu de nulle part. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était délicieux et le petit-déjeuner était parfait. Le seul reproche est que notre chambre était dans les combles et il faisait très chaud. Nous pouvions ouvrir les fenêtres mais elles donnaient sur la ventilation du restaurant plus bas, alors non...

Such a lovely beautiful place. Cozy accommodations, professional and caring service and staff, and clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Culanie Inn on our way back from Skye. This inn had the best service and was very pleasant to book with. I highly suggest staying here for the views and for the kind service. There was a great walk close to the inn which was wonderful for the sunset views.

Single bed a bit small and walls very thin!

Loved this property, even though the only room available to us was an expensive suite. The staff treated us well, and we would stay here again!

The food is always amazing, the highland coo next door to the property was a nice bonus, staff always welcoming, helpful and approacable

The Cluanie Inn is a very cozy and quaint hotel in the Highlands. The staff are extremely attentive – from the receptionist to the restaurant team, everyone was helpful and welcoming. We were travelling with our nine month old, and the baby cot provided was comfortable, as were the beds. The room had great amenities, and overall we felt very comfortable. The only minor downside was the shower/bath, which is a bit dated and could benefit from being updated. That said, the food at the restaurant was good, and breakfast offered nice options and was enjoyable. A charming place to stay if you are exploring the Highlands.

Absolute gem of a hotel, classic highland lodge feel but modern and comfortable.

Conveniently located, the surrounding area has some nice walks. Good was excellent. Pricewise, this is expensive to stay at compared to other hotels.

Excellent stay over 3 nights, room was good, comfortable and had everything you would expect. I had a single so not huge but more than enough room for me. Staff were all excellent, friendly, very willing and efficient to help when required. Breakfast (hot or cold) was very good, bar meals were also good though not the cheapest.
