I’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy my visit. Martin is a great host and the breakfast is lovely. The room has everything you need and plus the shower water pressure is decent. All round a great budget option for anyone looking to be in the centre of Llandudno.

Nice and close for shopping, beach and pubs. Macerator toilet activates 2-3 times during the night. Annoying! Can be a bit noisy with night time revellers. Only had board, didn't sample breakfast. Plenty of food choices within short walking distance. Overall I would recommend and I would stay there again.

This is a great location for a few days stay, in a quiet street very close to the station and centre of Llandudno. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Martin is a very genial host. No problems here at all, thanks again!

The hotel was in an ideal position for exploring Llandudno. Martin was extremely welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I would visit again.

Martin is the ultimate host, managing very well with the corona19 requirements, with no dip in standard or service. His breakfasts are freshly cooked using good quality ingredients .....a great start to days of exploring Llandudno and surrounds. Bedroom was comfortable and reflected the Victorian feel of the house and Martin was always on hand for advice on places to visit. Nice to see he also accepts dogs which is lovely! We had a great few days and will be back soon

Stayed in various places in the area but have to say No 9 is up near the top. I was made welcome as soon as i arrived. Room comfortable, clean and had everything i needed. I found the street fairly quiet and very close to everything..Would have liked to try the breakfast but had to leave early due to work, hopefully next time.....

Had a great weekend. Stayed in a double room which was clean and comfortable. Martin is an excellent host and makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast is excellent.

Great stay, Martin & Yan are really nice and made us feel very welcome. Great location within walking distance of the main streets. Free on-street parking and cheap overnight parking in nearby Town Hall car park. Room was comfortable and clean, would stay again.

The breakfast is 5* and the location is very close to the prom. Parking can be a problem but you have to persevere.

Very convenient location with shops, cafes & venues within walking distance. A comfortable room but rather cramped en suite shower room. There was a good choice of well-cooked breakfasts served in a pleasant dining room. We enjoyed our stay.
