La habitacion perfecta y la ubicación estaba muy bien

Hotel face à la cité et a côté de son "cousin" 5 etoiles. On oeut profite du SPA du cousin sur réservation 1h, 35€, c'est cher. Un tres bon confort. Nespresso et eau offerte. Haute qualité des serviettes. Personnel d'accueil jeune et pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. On accueil pas d'un simple "bonjour" Comme dans un ibis budget mais un " Bonjour monsieur bienvenue" serai plus adapté.

Nos han tratado muy bien en nuestra estancia. Gran servicio recomiendo ir. Esta en un lugat privilegiado ya desde alli se puede visitar todo.

Un hotel fantastico con mucho encanto a un paso del puente que te lleva al castillo en pleno centro. La habitacion tenia unas vistas espectaculares al castillo, amplia y muy bien decorada. El baño con las mismas fantasticas vistas tenia por una parte la bañera y el lavamanos y en una habitacion a parte el inodoro. El desayuno de 10! Una excelente eleccion para disfrutar de un fin de semana en Carcassone.

We had an excellent 1 night stay at Sowell Le Chevaliers. The staff was very patient during our check in. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carcassonne. The room was clean and nicely appointed with a walkout spacious terrace. We wish we could have stayed another night. The view we had of the walled city and overlooking the river (with bird activity) was a treat.

Really good location, right next to the old bridge. Halfway to the castle and to the city. Although the room was tight, the bed was very comfortable.

Superb location for old and more modern city with everything only a short walk away. Fantastic views of the old city.

Spacious rooms with generous balconies. Bathrooms also a good size, but badly designed with space wasted. Good location with balcony views of the citadel.
