Lovely quiet location in beautiful part of Devon. Apartment well equipped and very clean.

Lovely little diary cottage with plenty of space for the two of us. Everything you’d need for a stay in the country side and only a short distance to Exeter and its attractions.

Quiet converted building on farm. Convenient for Exeter business trip

Very clean and well kept, everything you needed was there. Enjoyed the stay and seeing the cows!

This was just perfect and I will be coming back here anytime I need to be near Exeter. Easy to access without all the traffic, 15 minute countryside walk to a bus stop that will get you into the city centre, and all the facilities you could need. Jenny and her family were all lovely, respectful of your privacy, but happy to chat. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Close to the motorway and 2 A roads, you can hear the faint sounds of traffic in the courtyard but the inside of the apartment was very quiet. The only issue was the farm dog that had a 20 minute yelping session at 1.30am one morning, then at 5am the other. Other than that, a comfortable bed, clean room with good catering facilities and easy access to most of the South West. Would definitely stay again.

Such a friendly host! My room was very clean and well put together. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I felt very at home and I would stay there again.

This is a perfect quiet location for Exeter and the surrounding area. Easy to find if you don’t follow your GPS!! The home cooked breakfasts are very tasty. The future development of the two new studio rooms will be a perfect compliment to this wonderful location. I really look forward to revisiting, but for a holiday next time!

Lovely stay & Courtbrook Farm started off with a warm welcome from Jenny and a nice pot of tea in the garden. Stayed here 2 nights as we were going to a family wedding. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here whilst visiting the surrounding areas which are lovely! Topsham is great .. lovely shops, restaurants and outdoor pool for a refreshing swim!! Darts Farm short drive away and Budleigh Salterton is worth visiting. Our host Jenny was very friendly and the rooms were clean, tidy and quiet. Good cooked breakfast in dining room.. all very welcoming. Fridge in dining room for guests use. I did walk into Topsham/Darts Farm but be warned, the main road is very busy and it is about an hours walk to Topsham and 20 mins to Darts Farm. Def prefer the car journey!! Did use a local taxi firm second night after a meal in Topsham which was £8 for the journey.Overall an enjoyable stay but you do need a car!

Fantastic and well kept apartment just outside of Exeter. The apartment is part of the farm and ajoined onto the farmhouse. It was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful with advice around the area. The surroundings are very peaceful, the bed comfortable which provided the best nights sleep ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay and explore Exeter and surrounding areas.
