The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, just a short and pleasant walk to/fro Plaza de España. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the main doors were locked, so I ended up waiting outside for almost 20 minutes. My room felt a bit cramped, dark and had a damp smell, mixed with strong cleaning product odors. On the positive side, the property itself is very clean and the staff is helpful once available. I do think the breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options.

Muy buen sitio, súper la ubicación me encantó apenas para hospedarse por la noche ya que durante el día siempre estás fuera, muy cerca de todo todo. Me encantó

El cuarto, medía 2 × 4 pero a lo largo, eran cuatro literas, incómodo para una familia de cuatro personas. El baño es muy pequeño, en general instalación es muy pequeñas. caro para ser hostal. El desayuno bueno; pero puede ser mejor. lo único bueno fue la ubicación, excelente accesible, a pie a todos lados.

La habitación está demasiado pequeña. El agua de la regadera se sale, el desnivel se inclina hacia el baño y no hay nada que contenga el agua. La puerta del baño no llega hasta el techo por lo que se ve todo desde la litera de arriba.

Céntrico, bonito,trato agradable, la unica "pega" que pasamos calor en la habitacion, tienes que dormir con el aire acondicionado y hace ruido

Nous avons trouvé que le prix de cet hostal ne correspondait pas aux prestations fournies. aucune possibilité d'aérer la chambretrès petite pas de rangements possibles( pour 8 nuits!) petit- déjeuner vraiment très succinct , en particulier le dernier jour. Par contre, le personnel était très serviable et aimable.

The breakfast was not good, very limited options with drinks and food. All the food was also cold and there was no option for eggs or any juice

We love how they set up their place. It's cozy and unique. The place is close to everything, very convenient for the traveler. The receptionist (Chris) was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us tips on how to navigate the city. We love our stay in this hotel.

On Hotels.com its called "La Nave"...in real life its called La Nave HOSTEL...our accommodation for four turned out to be four bunk beds crammed into a tiny room... the presentation on Hotels.com is totally misleading...there are common areas but they put out this incense that is so harsh you cant stand to be in those spaces...they also seem to be using very strong cleaning products that are likely unsafe to the people who work there

Hostel bien ubicado cerca de Plaza de España, Palacio Real, La Almudena y Sala la Riviera (nosotros lo escogimos por 2 noches, por cercanía a esta sala, para un concierto). Limpio, personal amable. Habitaciones básicas y pequeñas (la nuestra era una doble con 2 camas individuales). Desayuno continental muy básico: yo soy celíaca y pese a habérselo dicho con más de 1 mes de antelación, no hicieron nada por disponer de algún producto sin gluten (ni una rebanada de pan ni una Magdalena)....

Very well located and kind hosts. They relocated me after one night due to an issue with the bathroom. The hotel uses lots of fragrance so avoid if you have chemical sensitivities. Nice breakfast.

The customer service is terrible. My flight was cancelled due to the conflict in the Middle East and the property did not even reply to me or Hotels.com when I requested a refund.

Quiet, low key, cozy, however staff should focus on being more pleasant, friendly and customer oriented. Breakfast was ok. Surrounding area or neighborhood is ok.

Meget venlige og hjælpsomme - både receptionister, Rengøring samt til morgenmad. Værelset pænt, rent og i forhold til pris - helt OK.

Todo muy bien

LaNave is such a cute and unique experience. The decorations and friendly faces make you feel cozy and safe. The breakfast was delicious and the beds gave me a good nights rest before heading off to walk the Camino de Santiago.
