We had a wonderful stay

The room was clean, and able to accommodate our large family! The neighborhood pool was a small walk across the yard which was so convenient especially having little ones who LOVE to swim! We will definitely be booking again!

Room was dirty. Blinds had layers of dust. Tons of dust and crumbs under the couches, on the tv stands beneath each tv. Mismatched dishes. No place to store food in the kitchen. Beds were rock hard. Tub worked but when you looked upwards at the walls you could see the yellow grime stains and the marks left by cleaner running down the walls around the tub. Absolutely no noise reduction from units above. Had to ask 3 times between 2145 and 2300 before they agreed to take care of the issues with the room above us. It did not quiet down until 0030, which leads me to believe they did nothing. It was 0200 the previous night. Their timeshare people are pushy. Not impressed in the least. Generally you get what you pay for but we most definitely did not. The grassy areas around the pool by our building had not been mowed or cleaned up and readied for use in any way shape or form. Large limbs down. Grass up to my knees in some areas.

We are more than satisfied with our combinations. The only thing that we did not like, was trying to find our room and the front desk as well. Both were very inconvenient and well hidden, causing us a lot of anguish, trying to find it. But once there, we were given a villa, which was absolutely wonderful in every sense of the word Never experience such a lovely room with the Jacuzzi in the bedroom and the fireplace in the living room as well bed was super comfortable and everything was wonderful too. We’ll stay again.

It was a couples only weekend to silver dollar city. The location was quiet & beautiful. The gated entrance felt very safe. The room was spacious & clean.

I always love staying here. I come to Branson at least 5 times a year and always book at the IHG resort. It’s clean, friendly, and most importantly I feel safe with my kids here not to mention there are so many things to do right inside the resort. Thank you for another great stay.

It was a nice get away, my kids loved the pools. Its close enough to town to go do things but far enough away that its quiet.

Was more disappointed in people staying above us than the property itself. So loud and disrespectful from late at night to 6 am loudness. Property is great location and amenities.

Everything was excellent, from the services to the property. It was clean, great set up and roomy and great for family vacation. My grandsons enjoyed the activities, the pool and the quietness and safe.

We stayed at this property last year and that’s why we chose to stay there again. We looked at other properties in the area and there were some really nice rooms that we could have gotten for less and we chose to stay here because we had been there before, loved our room and felt like we knew what we were getting. Last yr we stayed in a 1BR villa that my sister got because she went to a presentation. The room had a large whirlpool tub and a furnished patio with a grill off the room. When we booked this 1BR Villa it showed the same photos and said there would be a furnished patio. I paid $700 for 3 nights based on THAT room. When we got there we were on the 3rd floor with no balcony or patio, no whirlpool tub. We DID have a fireplace (it’s June & it was 105° out so that made no difference) and the base of the fireplace just plain white wood that was all beat up and stained. All the furniture was stained and nasty. We could hear everything that happened downstairs. It’s obvious that they give the “nice” 1 BR villas to the people who are there for a timeshare presentation. If you’re there renting a room just as an average “Joe” you get the crappy rooms at the end of the property. We had such a nice stay last year that we had planned on making this a 1-2x a yr excursion and we had planned on staying at this resort. I am extremely disappointed in the shape of the room for the price. They lost a customer and we will be staying somewhere else from now on.

We were in Branson for a softball tournament and this location was perfect for all the activities planned as a team. The property was very nice…clean, quiet, and safe with guards posted to ensure no unauthorized people on site.

The description doesnt say this is a timeshare resort and they will try to sell to you.

During check in you go to the main desk, they then send you to another desk to get room keys activated and parking pass. At the second desk you encounter the pushy “Time Share” salesperson. Not what I expected, avoid them at all costs unless you are looking to get screwed with a Time Share.

I thought it was a really nice property. The condo was spacious and clean. We had a private deck in the back that overlooked one of the outdoor pools. It was very quiet. The indoor pool was gigantic. The arcade area wasn't too bad. A bit overpriced but overall my kid liked it. We
