Our preferred hotel

Checked in to stay what was supposed to be 3 nights. Front desk was very rude when asking about damage deposit, no compassion. Checked out after 2 nights as the 2nd morning I found mice droppings in the corner. Asked for a refund for the one night I was losing out on, the front desk called manager and they said yeah and call Expedia to phone them to process the refund for the one night. Did it asap as I left the property, expedia called and were advised manager can only do it, however he wouldn’t be in for an hour. So Expedia advised me they would call back and the off line team would take over the case and expect a call back in 2 hours. Well 2 hours passed so I called Expedia again to follow up and they said they are having a hard time reaching the hotel. Still to this day it is now 4 days later and I got an email that Expedia is still having hard time reaching hotel. So not only did the front desk lie about the refund but they refuse to even speak to Expedia. Thankfully Expedia took it upon me themselves to issue me one key cash on their app. Not to mention there wasn’t even a range hood over the elements to cook looked like it had been removed and not replaced so there was a big hole there. I will never stay at this property again!

The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Unfortunately the whole hotel is located along a busy road and the road noise was terrible. It’s too bad because this would have been a great spot to spend some time while in Edmonton.

Especially the front desk and all other staff were all customer friendly and very attentive.

Breakfast is good! Nibis ( the cook) always cook fresh eggs for everyone. He is very patient and nice. All the management are very welcoming and helpful. The custodian are all helpful. A very good experience for us to know all them. They are all welcoming and nice. I think they deserve 4 stars! The hotel looks new! 3 stars hotel in some places like New York are very dirty.

We are a family of 5 and have stayed at this hotel for both our trips in Edmonton recently July 1-4, 2026 & in April 2019. This hotel still looks well kept since 2019. The check-in was smooth, parking was convenient with secured underground, room was clean & modern, breakfast was delicious (eggs, omelette, fresh fruits, juices/coffee/tea, etc). The pool/hot tub & gym that’s shared with connecting neighbour Four Points hotel is also great. Location is close to downtown & foods etc. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Edmonton. Thanks for your great service here 👌

Nothing bad to say and it’s well maintained. Including the pool and gym.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the chef went above and beyond to please! The hotel also offered wine and cheese ever Monday-Thursday! Very nice perk. This was my 4th stay and I will be back!

Breakfast so poor and electric car charger just have 1 then after 4 hours will be stop it terrible

Everything was great. The room, the amenities, the hot tub. The breakfast was amazing. The snacks in the evening was a nice touch. The only downside was the street noise. Other than that, 5 star all the way.

Beautiful suite. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast. I’ll be staying here again!

The lobby was clean n spacious. I was impressed how clean the room and washroom was. Staff was helpful and I would stay at this property again.
