This is in a large complex of tall apartment buildings - while you have a sweeping view of the water you are not on the beach. We stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The check-in person met us at the property and gave us keys/showed us around and was very professional. There aren't really restaurants in walking distance, but you are in good proximity to grocery stores. There is a path down the road that will let you access the promenade, but when we were there the beach was not open and the promenade is a long walk to Split - so not at all worth the effort at a walk or fresh air. We opted to drive to split and while we parked in several areas we found the parking garage (Trumiceva obla 16) near Marjan to be easy to access. The parking outside is rather chaotic, as it's an block of apartments, but we were able to park on the grass along a wall lining the parking lot.

Nice apartment.We liked a lot. Huoneisto sijaitsee keskustan ulkopuolella mutta bussi nro 17 menee ihan vierestä 20 minuutin välein ja lyhyen, n 6 min kävelymatkan päästä Lidlin edestä menee busseja 5-10 minuutin välein keskustaan. Huoneisto sijaitsee todella rauhallisella ja turvallisella alueella.
