Eine absolute Katastrophe war für uns

It is a dream hotel especially if you travel with a cat pet who loves exploring nooks and new spots for jumping, climbing and staring out at a whimsical European street. It’s ideally located: downtown that is close to nature too, fancy that. It’s nicely designed, very cozy and comfy. It even has a roof to walk on, safely. It has a guest club with everything you need. Some rooms have patios. It’s like a little castle, even if the weather isn’t great, you won’t get bored. Everything is done with love and thoughtfulness. The only thing you might want is your own pillow. The building is old and kinda smells old. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten, geräumig, sauber, Bad o.k. Frühstück im Schwesterhotel ca. 150 m zu Fuß, bei Ankunft waren wir etwas überrascht, da die Rezeption auch im Schwesterhotel war.....nichts für sehr Spätanreisende zwecks Orientierung - muss man wissen......für uns alles o.k, würden auch wieder kommen

Cosy, very kind and professional helpful staff, including the breakfest lady. When back in Vrchlabí, I am sure to stay here again.

The hotel was not staffed. I received a text message with how to access the hotel and my room. The entire building looked dark and deserted. Maybe it was slow. But it was less than inviting. I decided to stay at a hotel down the road that had people working there and an open restaurant.

Mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtete Zimmer. Nettes Personal und Ski fahren kann man auch glrich um doe Eckr. Empfehlenswert

Alles was echt super! Veilig de motor achter het hotel geparkeerd. Vriendelijke mensen en een leuke sfeer. Nette schone en ruime kamer met een fijne douche en een prima ontbijt. Eetgelegenheid is voldoende aanwezig in de straat.

Karakteristiek sfeervol hotel in gezellige plaats. Groot voordeel is de prive parkeerplaats achter het hotel, te bereiken door vanaf de hoofdstraat door een smal overdekt gangetje te rijden. Dit is vooral belangrijk omdat in het hele dorp verder overal alleen betaald parkeren mogelijk is.

Sauber und ordentlich. Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend aber jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl.

Wir hatten vier Zimmer gebucht und zuvor ein Doppelzimmer zu einem dreibettzimmer mit Hilfe von hotels.com ungewandelt. Es gab zwar das passende Zimmer über 3 Erwachsene waren sie aber doch verwundert und das Zimmer leider nicht entsprechend vorbereitet. Das passierte obwohl sie kurz vor Anreise sogar nochmal nachgefragt haben ob die Anzahl und Einteilung korrekt ist. Das Problem konnte gelöst werden. Möchte man Wellnessanwendungen buchen hört der Service auf, man soll selbst anrufen oder rüber gehen ins Partnerhotel, dann klappte es aber auch. Abgesehen von Kleigkeiten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Beim Frühstück mangelte es leider an frischem Obst.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Family Studio is perfect for us. My wife though was complaining about being cold as the heating would not always be on and it would be very cold in the room when we got in from skiing. Staff did sort this quicker whenever we raised it.

In the year 2019 it's very disappointing to find out that there is actually no WIFI in the room at all. Turning to the staff twice did bring 0 results. Also, when using technology one would better make sure that the entry keys work for accessing the room at all time, otherwise guests are stuck outside. The cons are that the rooms are big and comfy and clean, which makes me wonder why this little tech problem couldn't be resolved to make us happier.

Ett litet charmigt hotel mitt i centrum. Bra frukost. Personalen är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Ett hotel som jag kan rekommendera.

The staff was very accommodating and we can’t say enough about the hotel room. We were very impressed – it was like something you would find in an upper and hotel in a larger city.

Great location, rooms were never cleaned during our stay, beds are not the most comfortable, overall its a good place, but a bit expensive for what it provides, we had WiFi issues on our apple devices, Android was a bit better but many disconnects
