Staff have been very helpful, room has been fine, liked the location, parking was easy, breakfast was great. Also had dinner in the restaurant - fabulous! All-in-all a great stay and I hope to visit again.

This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. I dined in the restaurant below in the evening and had some authentic, delicious food, served by incredibly hospitable waiters. Breakfast in the morning had a range of pastries , fresh yogurt, cereal and fruits. The lady at breakfast was pleasant and friendly- such exceptional service. I have made myself a promise to bring my family to Lake Come one day and will certainly be booking this incredible hotel. To the staff and all involved with the restaurant and hotel, thank you for the wonderful experience.

Per essere un hotel a 1 stella la camera è veramente carina con il suo bagno ben pulito e direi insonorizzato molto bene. Unica cosa che cambierei la porta della camera un po' inversata.Il letto molto comodo un po' meno il cuscino però per quello è un po' soggettivo perché soffro di cervicale, se avevo qualche anno in meno sarebbe andato bene,Invece la colazione direi veramente ottima e completa con materie prime di ottima scelta.

Está hospedagem foi uma das melhores que já tive na vida e eu uso hotéis a trabalho e laser há mais de 20 anos com relativa frequência. O pessoal é muitíssimo prestativo, todos falam inglês, se comunicar é muito fácil. O local é explendoroso, muito romântico e cheio de charme. As instalações são muito bem adequadas. O café da manhã é gostoso e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. Parabéns a equipe que trabalha neste local. São todos muito comprometidos com a excelência do atendimento e experiência da sua clientela. Voltaria inúmeras vezes se resídisse no país.

El sitio es precioso, la comida genial y los empleados encantadores. Sólo una cosa, el agua de la ducha de repente salía fría (en noviembre). Nos dijeron que eso era porque estabamos mucha gente duchándonos a la vez. Yo creo que deberían solucionar esto, ya que lo demás fue todo perfecto y fue una pena que nos quedara esa sensación.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating! Would book again.

We had such an amazing stay! We were in room 10, which has a perfect view of lake como. The rooms are simple but they have everything you could need. The walk to the property from the main bus stop in Cernobbio is no joke with a suitcase. It is a hard walk but it is so worth it! Or maybe worth getting a taxi from town! The restaurant downstairs is incredible! The food and service was perfect. We felt so welcomed and taken care of.

Sengen slidt, knirker ved den mindste bevægelse. Lille værelse til 4 personer. Private badeværelse er 10 m fra værelset og der var over 40 grader på badeværelset uden klima. Fremmed hår i sengetøjet. Perfekt udsigt fra restaurant Aftensmad under middel og dyrt. Morgenmad fint.

Das Hotel entspricht dem Preis. Die Zimmer waren ganz in Ordnung. Es gab eine gute Klimaanlage. Das Bad war eng. Das Hotel liegt weit oben, weshalb man im Hotel Restaurant eine schöne Sicht auf die Landschaft, bestehend aus Stadt, Bergen und dem Como See, hat. Das Hotel liegt, jedoch weit oben, weshalb man sich gut endscheiden sollte, ob man den Weg hoch laufen möchte. Für fitte Leute wäre das natürlich kein Problem. Das Frühstück hat keine große Auswahl.
