Nice restaurant!

Never stayed here before. Staff was very attentive snd accommodating.

While traveling with a pet, we understand about rooms and how they use certain rooms always for guest with dogs, our room had 2 very noticeable pee stain's. 1 large was on the bed skirt other on dresser and carpet. Unfortunately we unpacked, settled in from a long drive. Advised and show pictures to front desk, they offered to move us but latehour and fact that we are leaving first light . We put our dog in travel kennel so he wouldn’t mark his spot. We would think the past dog messes would be noticed/ reported and clean prior to nextguest

Checked in late at night. Tv did not work and customer service refused to help. Room was dirty, no body wash in container, towels and linens very poor quality. Would not stay there again. That said, restaurant staff and valets were very kind and helpful but front desk staff unhelpful and display no concern or pride in their work. They were rude and hung up on the hotels.com staff who were trying to help.

Meh. Hotel and room are fine

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited this year the super service all very friendly and the super clean hotel I highly recommend it 20/20

Staff was great and friendly. My issue was that I had higher expectations for this price point and due to my previous experience with other Westins. The carpet NEEDS a good shampoo. It made it feel as if the room wasn't properly cleaning. On top of that, the bedding was piling with lint (or whatever you want to call it). Its time for new bedding! There were other parts of the room that were in need of a good cleaning. Very disappointed. I was better off paying $100

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were all wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, so we werent able to use a lot of the amenities that were available, like the room service, but everything sounded tasty. :-)

Great hotel, very nice.

The beds were hard and I booked this hotel because it said it had comfortable beds. The beds were only confine for dead people. The shampoo on the shower wall was empty and the TV mount was broken forcing the TV to tilt down. It says online through this app that there is valet parking and free self parking. The staff forced me to use valet parking saying that is all they offer, and of course valet costs $30.

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

Nice place, common area were beautiful, restaurant was fantastic, rooms were staring to show their age and could use a facelift.

I love the aesthetics upon entry, restaurant food and drinks. The customer service was good. Issues that can be fixed our a/c unit did not work inside room so a hot night can be uncomfortable. Pool area is very plain nothing exciting to make you want to enjoy water was not clean old. Other than that oh no free parking available. But by far decent

The day was rainy but check in went very smoothly. The hotel dining was limited selection but they compensated well.

The hotel lobby was really nice. The problem was the room we were assigned. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty and there was hair on the floor. We was there for only one night for a wedding so I didn’t report it because we was leaving the room.

Amazing stay will stay again.
