Booked a room to sleep 3 for my teenage daughter and myself, but there was only 1 bed

Comfortable bed good shower had a lovely evening meal very friendly helpful staff stayed two nights worked for us

I stayed here for one night as I was in the area & the rate for the room was cheap enough for me to stay (. £40 for one night with private bathroom). I found the staff very professional, polite & happy to help. I ate in the restaurant also and enjoyed my meal & cooked breakfast the next morning all at a of reasonable price. However the downside to this stay was the condition of the shower in my room. It was not in great condition and basically unusable unless you held it over you with one hand. I found the room pretty cheaply put together & the bed not the best, For the price it was ok for one night but I would not have struggled staying more than one night. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

Seemed to be clean, but otherwise dire. No hot water for a shower either in the evening or morning. Bed was all springs and I resorted to trying to sleep on the pillows. Kettle didnt work. Toilet didnt have a lid. Room next to a staff room and disturbed by people going in and out of that loudly. When I checked out they took my key without a word. Feedback didn't seem welcome.

Brilliant hotel for the price. Excellent service, they even held the kitchen open for 30mins longer so our daughter could eat as she was arriving late. You also get 15% off the lovely food in the restaurant

Our stay here was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very big. Convenient to town centre.

It was awful. Door or room had been kickrd in, bed & bedding ripped and foos on wall. When i went to look for staff there was no one available. The pictures that are advertised on the website are not what I witnessed.

lovely staff but hotel needs updating as wear and tear is pretty noticeable. windows couldn't be closed so was very cold. and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Good for a fairly-priced place to stay in the area, only complaint is the odd bathroom/toilet layout alongside shower and sink water constantly running hot/cold.

Quite tired and not the cleanest, but the room was very large fitting a king size and two small beds

This is absolutely fine for a basic stay. The room was clean and, road noise aside, reasonably quiet. The mattress was not the most comfortable, but I slept well on it. Breakfast was individually cooked, albeit fifteen minutes later than promised, and staff were often attentive. If arriving by car, the car park is small, unlit, and can’t be accessed from the main road other than by following the maze of one way streets round the block!

Small carpark need to make sure you put in your registration number on the tablet. Quick check in most information given Room was at the top of the hotel no lift just stairs a few flights too ! Room was a big size Clean but a bit worn looking. Bed was comfortable enough Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful Breakfast not included Evening meal was good Plenty of choices and residents get a discount too ! Location close to the town center and the river. Would probably stay again if in the area.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The rain shower was a delight. The mattress and pillows however, were obviously cheap and didn’t provide the best comfort. The staff were kind and friendly.

Absolutely awful, holes in the wall, wallpaper held up by sellotape. Whole place felt very unsafe i ended up checking out and not staying.

The room was smelling, mattress was worn out, had to sleep in opposite direction.

Nice place but had to wait 10mins as they tried to charge me again for my room after I paid on line 2 months ago. Got to the room that was utterly freezing with no heat. 3 attempts got it working to find near no water at shower and the tray all blocked with hair.

Large recently decorated room, with totally renewed shower room. All very nice, but a bit short on furniture! Lots of spce but only one easy chair in a double room, and no chest of drawers so if you were staying any length of time and wanted to unpack... The staff were very friendly and the food was good, evening and breakfast. We had a room at the front and there was traffic noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb our sleep.
