Our room was cleaned once in 8 days, it seemed to take multiple visits, so some days towels were removed but not replaced. Otherwise the hotel did the job nicely

A great place to stay near North Beach in Durban. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of things to eat. A couple of suggestions: breakfast might be improved if there was a wider selection of bread - they only had sliced bread. Also there was only one coffee machine for the whole of the restaurant so there were often queues. I’d go back.

Close to five stars. Nice breakfast, the staff were super friendly. Really nice room, bed on the harder side. Close to 5 stars if it was a little cheaper.

Shops are nearby and the beach is a short walk down the street. I will stay at this hotel again!

Handy and nice hotel for Durban. Location not on the beach but good enough. There is 24 hours security and secure car park. The breakfast and restaurant is very good. This round my room is facing the road, can be a bit noisy compare to inward facing room.

The Onomo staff is responsive and helpful! The vegetarian food was awful. No tissues in the room. No hair dryers in the room. I was able to get one from housekeeping but do they have enough for all the rooms?

The property has a nice vibe as you enter, unfortunately for us who arrived on a later flight into Durban the staff were evidently overwhelmed and 'over it' by the time it came to checking us in and could not find our booking and were growing increasingly impatient Once that was sorted the room given was a double and not a twin as requested, the rooms very very very tight for a twin and although the bathroom and toilet were clean the bin in the room was broken and filthy. The second room we managed to secure at almost midnight was much larger but had a sewer problem and I suspect that is the only reason it was still free. When we mentioned this in the morning the staff on duty knew exactly which room we were referring to before we had even given him a room number meaning they were aware of this issue but went ahead and sold it to us anyway. On a positive note, Onomo had an amazing breakfast spread and is a property I would probably visit again
