On arrival we received a Free Welcome Pack & Free Drinks. Extremely good & exceptionally high quality Luxury Hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes walk to the city centre. Amazing to see how CLEAN & Polished this place is and smells like Roses.

We had a luxury boutique villa experience from the moment of arrival to departure. Gramtahouse Villa Hotel exudes elegance, privacy, and bespoke hospitality at every turn. Impeccably maintained and serenely peaceful, the property surpasses many larger luxury hotels. The staff delivered impeccable service throughout, going above and beyond to create a flawless and memorable stay.

The breakfast was not available for my early departure. This property is NOT a hotel as represented. It is a seven room b & b and any services expected of a hotel can be accessed via a 15 minute taxi drive. You must use the exact address provided as it is situated halfway down a quiet residential street with a small sign hidden in some foliage above the street number (22). The young man in charge really does his best with what he has been put in charge of! Credit cards not accepted

Un hôtel absolument magnifique avec un service exceptionnel. L’atmosphère était paisible, élégante et extrêmement confortable. Tout était impeccablement entretenu, et j’ai vraiment apprécié chaque moment de mon séjour. J’aurais grand plaisir à y revenir.

An absolute hidden gem — one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Our stay at Gramtahouse Villa Hotel was honestly exceptional from start to finish. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained.

Magnificent & Extremely Beautiful

Loved the rug carpets and the Luxury bathrooms with sauna - very nice service with Free Welcome Pack on arrival.

Beautiful Villa with modern amenities, extremely clean and only 10 minutes walk into City Centre.

Bathroom mat looked be years old and never cleaned or changed. No lightbulb in main room. Broken furniture. Breakfast was decent.
