For the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities. But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved. Accessibility to fast food and convinience store is about 600m walk or you can catch a Trike for 13pesos. What stand out to me despite of the "meh", The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to unplug and plug tv's? not rocket science, I even offered if I can do it myself, I mean I can put together computers and change car alternator, anyhow, the long haired receptionist replied was, "my boss will see us on camera" I just didn't say anything back, I have to bite my tongue, and just stayed there unsatisfied with everything...

We left our iPad behind and it was promptly returned by the staff.
