Poor reception attitude on arrival, small room that needs updating, breakfast ok3

Very convenient location in the centre of Versailles, just a few minutes walk from the Palace and Gardens. Bathroom was a bit small, but they often are in city centre holels and it's not really a complaint, just an observation. Secure Parking available on site for 20 Euro per 24 HR. If you're visiting Versailles, or don't want to stay in central Paris (just 25 mins away by train and the station is opposite the Ibis) then it's a great hotel. Staff were great and the breakfast was good too.

All staff was professional, helpful and pleasant.

It was great! Easy check-in. We were able to store bags before check in time. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Best of all, the location was very convenient to both Chateau and downtown market areas. Perfect!

Hotel très proche de Château et de son parc. Chambre petite mais je n'y suis restée qu'une nuit donc OK. Literie confortable. Probleme avec la TV. Salle d’eau petite comme la chambe mais fonctionnelle et propre.Buffet du PDJ varié et appétissant

The service at check in was fantastic! Temu (I believe that is his name) was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable! The room was clean and offered everything we needed! The only problem for us was a lack of accessible parking.

Excellent accueil ainsi que de l'ensemble du personnel. Bonne situation de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner en buffet très agréable car prestations variées et de qualité. Chambre fonctionnelle mais acceptable pour de courts séjour. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Clean, comfortable and convenient, this hotel is an ideal base when visiting the Chateau at Versailles. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the chateau and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes. It is close to a train station. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is a lift. There is a bar/ cafe in the lobby where a good breakfast is available at a reasonable price.

what a fabulous & affordable place to stay fo rsuch quick & easy access to both the railway station and the Palace of Vesailles. Bathroom could have been bigger to fit comfortably, but is was workable. Only real downside was lack of kettle/tea & coffee making facilities in the room - only option outside breakfat is to go & BUY it somewhere - put a bit of a downer on the stay

Almindelig standard hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed.

La chambre 111 est très petite et donne en fenêtre sur une place carrée remplie de restaurants. Autant, quand il fait beau elle doit être bruyante le soir autant le matin on est réveillé par les bruits de mise en place des terrasses. Aucun kit de bain dans la chambre avec une serviette par personne. L’équipement n’est pas à la hauteur des étoiles de l’hôtel. La literie est bonne. Point positif, les animaux sont admis et l’hôtel dispose d’un parking souterrain sans garantie de places. Il est aussi très bien situé. Au final un point de vue mitigé où il faudra peser le pour et le contre.

Tout était parfait à l’exception de l’odeur de moisissure intense et persistante dans la chambre qui provenait de la salle de bain. L’odeur était t’elle qu’elle m’a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. J’ai apprécié l’hôtel pour le reste.

L'hôte est a proximité de pas mal de commodités et çà cest top. Tout peutêtrefait a pieds. Petit dej excellent. Le seul et unique problème cest la climatisation chambre 312 une horreur. Elle fait du bruit aussi bien ouverte que fermée.

Zimmer war dreckig. Besonders das Badezimmer, Schimmel an den Silikonfugen. Zimmer sehr klein. Konnte kaum die Tür öffnen weil das Bett im weg stand. Tiefgarage sehr eng. Alles in allen lieber nicht mehr. Lage war aber in Ordnung.

hébergement indigne de la chaine IBIS : chambre minuscule ( la porte d'entrée ne s'ouvre pas complètement ! ) difficile de se mouvoir entre la porte de la salle d'eau et le lavabo, les joints sont moisis , l'équipement est corrodé . Insonorisation inexistante . accueil très froid et petit d´jeuner moyen . Le rapport qualité-prix est franchement côté prix . Aucune comparaison avec les hotels IBIS deDijon, Bourges et Sarlat fréquenté le 31/03 . Enorme déception.
