Everything is good! Excepts the building that we lived does not have lift

The hotel staff was excellent! They were friendly, allowed us to store luggage, and answered annoying tourist questions. The one thing I did not like is that the main door to the apartment building slammed. It was LOUD and woke me up. I asked that they fixed it, and they promptly placed a sign on the door asking people to gently close the door, but didn’t fix it during our two day stay. I’m a light sleeper, and was trying to recover from jet lag, so the slamming door was particularly obnoxious. The hotel was clean and met all of our needs. I just wish that dang door didn’t slam every tine it was closed and wake me up.

Great location right in downtown. Easy access to all sites.

We had a one night stay. The space was decent, but I did not there was someone knocking at the door trying to rush us out...an hour before the checkout That left a bad impression, especially since I asked if we could check in 30 minutes early so we didn’t have to sit around with all our luggage and they said no.

location is good but in actual market . So its very noisy. The furnitures are dated. No elevator. So all luggages needed to lift using stairs. bo parking. difficult to find a parking. Depends up on luck.

We like the location of this property. Parking was easy enough to find on the street but was somewhat confusing as to when to pay.

Stayed in an apartment which was very good except was quite warm, even with windows open. There was a portable fan but it did not work. Upon arrival to front desk was given quite confusing directions to the apartments, located just a few blocks away. Other than those items, the property & location were excellent & another front desk person was quite helpful with some bus arrangements.

The bathroom smelled like sewage and nothing was done about it.

We stayed in one of the apartments over the weekend. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The location was perfect, and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved the breakfast at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Reykjavik! We hope to come back someday.

Der Checkin war freundlich und schnell, das Apartment sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was wir während des Aufenthalts benötigten. Es wurde sogar sauber gemacht! Leider war es Freitag- und Samstagnacht sehr laut auf der Straße. Superlaute Musik und grölende Partypeople haben uns nicht schlafen bzw. immer wieder aufwachen lassen. Das Apartment war super in der Fußgängerzone gelegen und zentral war ales erreichbar.

Great stay in Reykjavik!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. I loved the apartment feel with the support of a hotel staff. The location was walkable to many restaurants and shops. The apartment became our home away from home.

I booked our property on a whim and found out it was ON rainbow Row! How cool! It was so convenient. The view of the cathedral was epic. We were so tired, but sleeping was difficult because the foyer light never went off, we could never find the switch. And, the noise from the road and people coming out of the bars went on until 5:30 am😳

Great stay! Super spacious. Wonderful set up in the apartment. Have everything you might need in the kitchen. Close to many shops and places to see. I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night. Would say only downside is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggages up the stairs.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT, VERY HELPFULL IN THE RECEPTION, WITH EVERYTHING, CLEAN ROOM, AND GOOD RESTAURANT, CLOSE TO SMALL SHOPS, AND THE PICK UP AT PARKINGLOT 8 BY THE BIG CHURCH
