Great location

Attentive staff that showed the highest professionalism at all times, well appointed rooms that were very clean. Rooftop bar was stunning, wine bar was great.

Idéalement situé dans le secteur sud de Brisbane. Doté d’une très belle piscine sur le toit. A distance de marche des musées et du secteur commercial. Personnel très sympathique.

Excellent staff. Needed to change rooms at 11pm. Tv didn’t work. Massive chip in bathroom sink that had been bodgyed up. Shower tiles stained. The next room we were givern the spa didn’t work lol. Really poor for $442 pn. And we are not picky. So disappointed. Won’t be back.

No breakfast room, did not like French cafe next door

stayed overnight at Emporium to see a show at QPAC. Easy walking distance. Saturday night markets were on too at Southbank. Fun night. Amazing room. Very expensive though, but is that Brisbane in general these days?

Everything was great. The room was beautiful. The inifnity pool was very relaxing

Great comfortable room with all the amenities needed. My only complaint is on our checkout day we had access to the pool and shower rooms on the top floor. I was shocked that the doors to the toilet/shower room were ill fitting and you could see through the edges of the door, giving no privacy whatsoever.

The entire experience was flawless! We opted to Valet Park which was cheap considering local parking rates. The bags were taken from the car and although our room wasn’t ready we were given access to the Pool and Sauna. Once we actually checked in we were welcomed with a greeting card and some bubbles… they obviously read the notes about our anniversary! We went out to a concert, came back late and noticed actual turndown service with a little chocolate and water. The next morning ordered room service Benedict and was a nice snack for two and excellent coffee. Called for car and bags. Left blown away at the professionalism and genuine interest from ALL staff. We will return. So luxurious

Beautiful deluxe room it was huge and absolutely spotless. The area was stunning and immaculate, the pool was perfectly heated to take the chill off and had lovely views over the city. There were also plenty of umbrellas as it was very hot. Towels and sunscreen as well as free bottled water was a bonus. It was great having a QR code on the table next to loungers so you could order food and drinks which were very good and came promptly. The rooftop restaurant is awesome, very buzzy, loved the big screen with the Australian tennis open showing and the restaurant was cleverly decorated with huge cactus with tennis balls adhered to them. The food was delicious, highly recommend the prawn roll and the Cocktail list was spot on. The Italian restaurant was the only letdown, I had to send back my morten bay pasta dish. It was so chewy that it couldn’t be eaten. To the staffs credit they gave me a snack until a new different dish was served. The food was very average. While the restaurant is nicely decorated, we had a table facing a circular beige wall so all I could see was this wall while dining. This was definitely a design fault as it didn’t make for a good ambiance., it felt like I was dining alone as you had to turn completely around to see anything. We had room service 2 of the nights we stayed as we really busy days and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time... I must say brisbane needs tp smile and love life a little more... However the hotel itself was amazing great staff, great sauna great room. Will definitely be back 🤗
