An amazing stay Great customer service, staff were all very welcoming and professional Excellent breakfast- worthy of 5 star status- even offered any hot beverage freshly made- not just from a machine-the chef checked his buffet, extensive choice and care to detail. Spa on rooftop was breath taking as well as the infinity pool Great customer service from the hospitality manager Clare who went out of her way to support and give recommendations Absolutely worth staying here- although on a round about do not let that deter you ... great local restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the main ayia napa strip would definitely book again Thank you Napa Suite team ! Séjour très agréable, l'hotel est vraiment beau. Nous avions une suite pour 4 personnes, les lits étaient juste incroyables. Chambre trés grande et confortable avec suffisemment d'intimité pour chacun. Par contre, balcon avec vue sur le parking... La piscine n'est pas grande mais agréable et les transats sont chouettes (assez nombreux pour tous le monde car l'hotel est petit). Nous aurions pu mettre 5 étoiles mais le seul bémol a été l'horaire de la demi pension. Pour le soir, 18h-20h. Soit trés tot en vacances.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Boutique- und Adults-Only-Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, alles sehr frisch und von guter Qualität. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Bei der Buchung gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass die beiden hauseigenen Restaurants noch geschlossen sind (Vorsaison) – gerade wegen dieser hatten wir uns für Halbpension entschieden. Umso schöner war es, dass uns stattdessen direkt und ohne Nachfrage angeboten wurde, mittags zu essen. Das konnten wir zwar nicht immer nutzen, jedoch ein nettes Entgegenkommen. Alles in allem ein großartiges Hotel – vermutlich das beste Adults-Only in Ayia Napa! Möchtest du das auch auf Englisch oder Französisch für eine internationale Plattform?

Es war gut auch wenn unser Zimmer an der Straße etwas laut war, nicht nur wegen Autos sondern auch aufgrund Passanten. Fuß läufig zur Stadt. Nettes Personal.

Virkelig godt

Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. All the staff very polite. Hotel exceptionally clean. Tasty food especially ceasar salad but reduced menu which became a bit of a bore! Would recommend!

Has an amazing time. They need to update the restaurant times in the rooms, but they do tell you at check in. Has a great time. Highly recommend

Super expérience! Hôtel super, très propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Le seul point négatif que je pourrais dire, c’est que la piscine est beaucoup trop froide. Je n’ai pas pu me baigner.

Litet hotell, fin utsikt över Ayia Napa från poolområdet. Trevlig personal. Vi hade beställt halvpension, och tyckte att det var ett lite konstigt och svårbegripligt system, en del mat i menylistan ingick, en del kostade extra. Ibland svårt att förstå vad personalen försökte förklara.

Vi besøgte hotellet i oktober. En god oplevelse på hotellet. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomme. Morgenmads buffeten var god. Deres restaurant med asiatisk mad havde lukket under hele opholdet, og vil først åbne igen i maj måned. Deres pool område var godt, og med dejlige solsengen at ligge i. Deres pool derimod, var så iskold, at man kun kunne holde ud, at være i den i få minutter for at køle sig ned. Og det føles som om, at den kun blev koldere dag for dag. Selv vandet på stranden var varmere at være i. Så ærgerligt, at have en pool på hotellet, som gæsterne ikke kunne holde ud at være i.

Not satisfied with the air-coditioning very hot i the room in TheFork nigits.

Fantastic service from all the staff, food was great and the drinks were all very good (and comparatively well-priced for Ayia Napa) Only disappointment was the limited number of sunbeds at the rooftop bar/pool; and a cracked/damaged glass fonted balcony at our room.

The hotel room lacked basic necessities such as a hair dryer and an ironing board/iron. Not a good location as up on a hill.

Hotel ist Top. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist excellent, sehr viel Auswahl. Kellner/innen sehr nett. Pool ist sauber. Music Rooftop ist sehr gut. Immer Dj Vorort. Man ist in 5-10 min zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum. Restaurants gleich in der nähe. Preisleistung optimal. Nissi Beach ist 5-7 Autominuten entfernt. Wer Isola Nissi beach bar Liegen benützen will, sollte vorab für ganzen Aufenthalt reservieren. Die sind fast immer ausgebucht. Sehr Empfehlenswert auch das Essen dort ist Top. Alles in allem war sehr schön. Bis auf eine Kleinigkeit, Kritik auf hohem Level :) direkt vorm Hotel abgefuckte Alte Gebäude, chillen oft junge läute dort am Abend und sind sehr laut.

Air con was useless room was far to hot complained more than once nothing got done about it.

Excellent breakfast, good location, quiet, impressive infinite pool.
