The rooms are spacious and have a pretty view of the river though do not opt for the cot if you cannot get a triple Buffet is generous but does not change so recommend not prebooking food if staying more than one night. For breakfast and dinner it’s decent but to gets repetitious. Walkable to town but not central. Does have limited shuttle service.

Beautiful view overlooking the river. Everything super clean, and great breakfast and dinner buffet. Location is excellent, can walk all over town and easy to get to/from train station. Be aware, the onsen is not tattoo friendly, there are others in town that allow tattoos, but this is not one of them. Regardless, Highly recommend.

お風呂、食事の会場、客室、全てきれいにされていました。

乾淨、設施完善。 因用餐時間有限，不建議晚餐加點螃蟹（新鮮，但太耗時間）

部屋は川側で見晴らしも良く、広くて快適でした。また、温泉も良かったです。ただ、残念だったのは食事が多くのものが質（素材）が良いとは言えませんでした、中にはおいしいものもありましたが、全体的に家族向け量重視な感じがしました。

Everything we needed, delicious food, very relaxing onsen and convenient passes to onsens in town. We had a delightful time.

1.飯店離車站有段距離，可利用車站前的免費接駁車，很方便；步行大概20分鐘左右可抵達。 2.館內設施豐富，休息區域充足。 3.本次訂購的房型包括和式與洋式，提供不同的選擇使用。 4.晚餐與早餐皆為自助式，可依需求額外加購松葉蟹等餐食，價格實惠。 5.飯店人員服務親切，整體住宿體驗很不錯。

料理があまり美味しく無い

お部屋は大変綺麗で三人で宿泊いたしましたがとても広く優雅な気分ですごせました。

館内はラノベされたようで、綺麗でした。ご飯もバイキングの種類が豊富で、楽しめました。 ラウンジではビールサーバーがありお酒飲み放題。お風呂も綺麗で広かったです。 外湯チケットもついており、城崎の街を散策できます。 一点気になった点としては元々が役所？だったそうで、どうしても暖房が暖まりにくかった点が残念でした。 少額料金もあって1人5万くらいでしたが、直前に予約した事もあり星4の満足感があります。

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Angebot hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt ein minimales Stück von der Innenstadt entfernt, glänzt dsfür aber mit außergewohlich vielen kostenlosen Parkplätzen und einer traumhaften Lounge.

Very nice onsen hotel. Great with free bus to the town, if you don't want to walk. Good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Good size rooms. Free drinks from 14:00-22:00 including beer and sake. The onsen was also very good.
