Nice clean hotel. Good facilities. Right next to the ski lifts. Spa facilities are also nice.

Absolutely amazing time we had at this venue. It is a sku resort town in the mountains & the buffet style meals were incredible.

All was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of things to offer as amusement and some good restaurants outside. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The only problem is the little rooms and the tiny bathroom. Not comfortable.

Great location. Terrible service. The room is poor and simple. The bathroom very tiny we can’t move. We complete time that we got a resume already check out . Very very disappointed . No cost affected!!

Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts. The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still.. The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services. Kids (and adults) can enjoy the arcade and billiards rooms. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor lounging area. Generously stocked breakfast and lunch buffets.

They lied about pay-on-arrival, charged the card one week before arrival.

Friendly and helpful staff, but wifi often ultra-slow or non-existent - an on-going problem reception told me. And this $200/night hotel warns guests they'll only get one sachet of instant coffee in their room for the whole stay!

Very happy with the hotel, this is our 3rd stay. Promptly accommodated my requests. Cleaning and fresh towels (if you wanted) every day, good spa and pool, food was ok, would definitely return. No film channel in English was the only negative.

Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here!

Hotel is great in excellent location, all the staff are helpful. The only gripe is no aircon, the hotel is very warm. With the noise from the rest of the resort leaving the window open isn’t an option.

Please make the buffet breakfast earlier, or provide room service. 7:30 breakfast opens, slopes open at 8:30. It’s a complete and utter rush for breakfast and ski locker. Make breakfast 7am or earlier
