Uau… que estadia. Localização perfeita, fiz tudo a pé. A Irene que me recepcionou foi de uma gentileza implacável. Me ajudou muito e tb me orientou sobre a cidade m. Quarto cheiroso e cama macia. Retornarei outra vez.

nice and quite, theres a cafeteria down below, 11 min walk from sagrada de familia good value for money

The staff in reception was super friendly and the place is good value for money for Barcelona. However, the rooms had thin walls and it was very noisy, we could hear other people even coughing. The worst part was that my wife forgot a T-shirt she loved, we rang just a couple of hours after the check-out but they said that it was their policy to throw away anything forgotten.

Area is safe and walkable. 15 min walk from the direct train from airport. Close to big supermarket. 25-30 min walk from Gracia St. Walls are thin. I could hear my loud neighbor. The gentleman at the reception the first night was very nice. Marta and another older lady was also very nice and helpful. The second night, I had to ask at 2am to turn the AC on. The man at the reception flipped out at me. He was yelling at me in Spanish. I did not appreciate that. They should have help the AC on when I asked in the beginning of the night.

Bon hotel mais les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées , j'entendais les voisins comme s'ils etaient avec moi dans la chambre . Alors qu'ils parlaient simplement entre eux. Les gens sont tres accueillants et serviables. Dommage pour ceux qui viennent en voiture , c'est une galere pour se gérer pres de lhotel .

It was very noisy. The door bell rings every 5 min. Its a very small apartment and owners live and cook their and have their babies crying.

The people were nice, helpful and welcoming. The room was ok, very small, clean sheets and towels, dirty bed blanket/cover... And the worst was constant 24/7 noise, so you can’t rest properly, at least me couldnt sleep at all... all the time people talking in front of your door, noises, phone ringings, door bells... etc. All the rooms and the reception are just next to eachother and you don’t have any privacy, peace or quiet time. Nice location, very close to all the attractions, to the train from the airport, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

It was awful. The stuff didn’t speak English and did not even care what u said. Noise from the bathroom was insistent for the entire night, which is really annoying. DO NOT SUGGEST IF U WANNA SLEEP.

Total hellhörig, somit keine Privat-- und Intimsphaere. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hielt sich in Grenzen. Wer kein Spanisch kann ist aufgeschmissen. Es wird kein Englisch gesprochen.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, nos trataron muy bien en todo momento. No entiendo por qué el hotel decía que los baños de las habitaciones eran compartidos si finalmente nuestra habitación tenía baño propio (y bastante cómodo).

Overall it was a good stay, clean room and towels. The only part that it was disturbing was the noise from outside and from the neighbors.
