No communication no towel change

Un apartamento muy acogedor i tranquilo, al lado del mar. Con solarium y jacuzi, perfecto.

Apartment was spacious- enjoyed our stay. Reported hinge on kitchen cupboard broken but they didn’t repair it as promised. Grout in shower pretty black so would have looked nicer if scrubbed clean . A toaster would have been welcomed - or a grill - just for toast. Would definitely return nice apartment

Nobody cleans the apartments or changes towels this is supposed to be 4 star that’s not 4 star treatment

We had trouble getting the right key for the apartment block (the hotel gave us the wrong keys to start with). After returning to the hotel, getting the new keys and then returning we eventually got in to the apartment. Unfortunately the ground floor two bedroom apartment was a damp musty smell (verging on a sewage ping). With that we returned to the hotel to negotiate an alternative accommodation. Maybe we we just unlucky, but certainly not what we expected and will not be staying there again. The manager of the hotel eventually resolved the problem by offering a different apartment in a different block away from the beach in Los Narejos.

4 night stay. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom strange in that the toilet was in the shower cubicle so got wet after a shower. Kitchen not adequate for full self catering. No cork screw, no can opener, not enough cutlery or plates, no scissors. No tea towel or chopping board supplied. Lounge sofa bed scruffy. Good location for beach but not many good restaurants at this end of town. Quiet at night. On street parking OK in May. May be a problem in July or August.

Property was near to all amenities and beach. Rooftop and hot tub was a nice touch. Inside of apartment, there was no manuals on how toonhow to work, hob or dishwasher and microwave. Cupboard tgat held broom and mop bucket etc smelt damp and mouldy. We only saw the reception/consignee twice in the whole of our stay, we were never told when he would be available to ask for change of sheets or towels and toilet roll.

The apartment is in a good location for beach, shopping dinner etc. Parking on street was no problem in mid June. Kitchenette was basic, shame the housekeeping hadn't replaced the chipped and cracked crockery. No toaster or coffee machine. Limited cookware, combo microwave. Washing machines on the roof terrace. Good wifi and samsung smart tv.

Flott beliggenhet på stranda.Ingen resepsjon så måtte gå min 30 min fra hotellets resepsjon der en sjekket inn til leilighet m kofferter i 34 gr. Veldig dårlig renhold, svart mugg i dusjen, skitne gulv.Skitten stamp og fugleskitt på sengene på en ellers flott takk terrasse.

Second stay in same apartment, bedroom wall still needs repairs. Bathroom needs better cleaning. Hairs around toilet. Could do better, nice otherwise

Apartment could do with some work

Prachtig modern, ruim en schoon appartement, liet niets aan onze wensen over. Heerlijk stil, fijne ruime bedden, gewoon top.

The apartments are well located, near the sea, bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Parking was very easy on the street outside. The only negative for me was that the walls do let quite a bit of noise through from the hallway and next-door.

Apartments were clean , we stayed while looking for a property for my friends. Location is in the old town , a bit of a walk to bars and restaurants in new town . Taxis approx 10 euros . Very quiet area sea front 2 mins .

Near to amenities car parking on doorstep. Could do with an electric toaster

Mooi gelegen. Prijs prima. Bed was wat zacht, dit is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Handoeken zelf wassen, wel was/droogmachine aanweig in appartement.Fijn verblijf gehad.

Great location but parking very limited at the apartment. Ok at the sister hotel

The location is very good.Going somewhere distant for the check in is not pleasant
